Ralph is currently being hunted down, and yes, he will be found. No, not by the police, but by Yale’s English department. They’re trying to present him with his honorary doctorate in gonzo journalism. All he did this trip was get high and drunk, commit crimes, run from the law, be abusive and repulsive, and miss capturing the whole story he was sent out to capture in the first place. They had never seen someone with such a demonstrated understanding of the genre. I hope Ralph lets them know which pile of trash bags they can find him sleeping on.

How many days until she's back in Mexico to "get her laptop" and fucked up on cheap prescriptions with Ralph again? And/or bails him out in the event of a US arrest. The possibilities are endless and bleak

It would all depend on what time he spoke to the cop i guess. Depending on where he was at it could have taken two hours to get there and cost about around 150 just to get to chicago airport. Edit: That seems like a lot of money for Ralph to cobble together. Plus paying for a flight when Scarlett wouldn't be bothered. He could still end up with having an arrest warrant. Then he will be dealing with the same issue when he broadcast the court hearing.

Yeah Ive heard that this some gives him a big slush fund of some kind. But I just don't know I buy that, but it could be true. We will find out soon enough. But also, if she called the cop and pressed charges for theft or whaever, he will know deal with the reality of being unable to reenter the united states without getting arrest. As i recall call this is what happened with he broadcast the court hearing and angered the judge.

If Scarlett had any sense, she'd have made sure that those lazy Milwaukee cops would have expanded an APB to each option that's almost equidistant via that Uber that she claimed he could allegedly afford, and she'd have called each directly too:
