So the prosecutor appealed to get closer to 3 years(which makes sense. I figured they'd never want to pay for his ass for 10-15 or whatever, but he needs a minimum of at least 2).

More importantly, he'll continue being stuck in this detention center that's apparently fucking awful until September now for the 2nd trial for the appeal until that ends, and it's apparently the overcrowded shithole that's only supposed to be a temporary stay as a set of bulk holding cells. Could say he fucked himself with his appeal against the 6 month sentence but he got fucked by the prosecutor appealing the sentencing anyway.

At any rate, back to the retard. The fact of the matter is, even without this appeal shit, Johnny still has an entire other set of charges from the other district court still potentially incoming. I wouldn't count on more testimony from BongBong or the other guy(I don't know how the fucking spell it, yeoongman? whatever) making a difference. The fact that his buttbuddy Hank won't be "helping" him out is going to be a bigger detriment. I had a friend and his partner that got locked up in Korea and sent like 2-3 months in the big house like 7-8 years ago.

There is no sex offender status, the status legal dicksucker is claiming as sex offender status is simply Johnny Somali now being a convicted felon under Korean law, which says all convicted felons can't be employed in the care of minors or the disabled for up to 5 years after their release from prison, this is an automatic blanket ban irrespective of the underlying crime.

The Korean sex offender registration law says only violent sexual offenses and sexual offenses against children qualify for the registry which has a minimum registration period of 10 years.
