In an argument I am not sure who to root for, overinvolved drama queen JessiePS, and toothless cocksucker Wil Herren, battled it out.

From what I've read about these substances you can binge 2 days straight of cocaina and amphetamines and you will piss clean in 24-72hrs with ease.
Cannabis is the hardest to flush out, it shows for a week in piss and months in hair follicles.
If you try to water detox the piss test it counts as failed test. Everywhere in world expect in an imaginary state called Minnesota.
Everything shows in hair folicals, the coke amphetamine numbers are accurate, but if you are only an occasional user and don't do heroic amounts it can be out of your system in a day. Even booze, if you aren't a habitual drinker can be clear in a day. Pot sticks around because the metabolites they test for get caught in the gut and reabsorbed, but even then, if you aren't a habitual user, and have a high fiber diet you can flush in a couple days.

As to diluted tests, it's possible to drink enough fluids and not get flagged. In the period before the test mix up a gallon of electrolyte powder, creatine, and B12(the B12 is for color, the first thing they look for, the creatine puts proteins into it, and the electrolyte solution just makes it look normal if they run anything else on it).

Or just buy a bottle of quick fix.

Weed can show up in urine for months because it accumulates in the fat this is with heavy, chronic usage, though.

I would think Dr. Steve was in Las Vegas because Cumia was involved, and they’re friendly from back when O&A was a thing. He even appeared in the studio in New York occasionally, and he would do medical exams on air. There was a guy who came in and thought he had a tumor, I believe, from smoking. Lucky for him, it wasn’t, but Jim Norton credits that for getting him to quit cigarettes. Then they gave Dr.Steve a weekend show on their channel dubbed “Weird Medicine,” and they would have him call in whenever they had a medical question. Of course, there are allegations that he wrote questionable Xanax scripts for Anthony during his divorce or after. I doubt he really knows Melton and went along with it from peer pressure or perhaps he was drinking. Who knows? Maybe Rekieta did tell him it was legally cool again without realizing Rekieta is not a lawyer in good standing. I can imagine Melton probably does have back problems. He’s middle-aged and an obese giant who sits on his ass and carries around a gunt, but the fact he didn’t go and see a local doctor earlier tells you he just didn’t want to go to Minnesota.

I concede, thanks for the info. Not an addict so I only depend on common literature.

I am genuinely MATI.
You have a cokehead whose child tested POSITIVE FOR COCAINE.
And he misses two tests.

TWO TESTS. And the best you do is give him 16 hours community service?
Cmon we know what's going on here.
Fucking shitty ass corrupt state.
It's a perfectly reasonable sanction for someone thats tested negative for almost an entire year.

There’s always the Thad Castle method. He’d probably even enjoy the sensation of an oil change.

You're failing to account for the aggravating factor of the person in question being Nick Rekieta. Under Minnesota's new sentencing guidelines, which had a special carve-out for individuals named Nick Rekieta established on April 18, 2025 following a gross miscarriage of justice, the proper sentence should be death.

I eventually settled on the belief that he's a lying faggot, and he didn't have shit, but I suppose your theory could be true too.

No, I agree that he may have had nothing, but that if there was anything to be had, Nick fumbled it.

I honestly wouldn't be too worried if I were her. She mentioned she doesn't go to the courthouse alone and the fat dabblers aren't going to do shit. Their knees and backs are bad.

He is going to doxx her and air her personal information. This is the worry--life ruination.

Nick's retarded...

And Nick... is again retarded. Nick has ZERO... knowledge about... licensing or qualifications.... he knows nothing...

He's a complete idiot...

FTFY.

A probation violation has hit the docket. Rekieta has admitted to the court that he missed drug tests on March 16 and April 3.

Nick, in admitting missing the tests, has accepted a sanction of a) increased drug testing and b) 16 hours of community service completed in the next month in lieu of confinement.

The sanction document itself isn't available on MCRO.

I wonder how Nick will spin this. I HOPE he insults his PO and the judge!

I'll probably mix up the details if I try repeating the full story, but my all-time favorite Rekieta lore is when he botched a group project meant to teach ethics because he ignored all the instructions, unethically spied on the other group, and then focused solely on getting the best results regardless of how he was behaving. The professor tore him a new asshole in front of the whole class for his shenanigans.

Mind you, we only know about this because Nick himself repeated the story while framing his professor as a monster. He's basically the villain from Billy Madison stammering when asked to answer a basic question about ethics.

Yes, this is accurate. There were 'secret goals' and objectives that they had to get in a negotiation in order to score well. This was a proxy for 'client wishes and goals', and they were not supposed to the let other side know about what they were. Nick basically used this knowledge to get a quicker agreement so they did not have to actually negotiate.

Rekieta argues with them over EVERYTHING. Every little thing. All the time. They call to remind him he missed a login, he argues. That sort of crap. So the previous PO gave up before she started and the new one argues back. But imagine all the lazy incompetent and corrupt pencil pushers in the system. Rekieta is not worth it for them. Or his local family clout has an influence. Or both.
But he's worn his welcome out completely in some places in the system.
We will see.

This sounds like judges and magistrates that can't be arsed to do their job and releases violent migrants onto the streets. I hate this.

Imagine being Nick, the most gigantic cuck in the entire world.

Then you act like you're a badass or some shit.

Nigger, you're no badass. There is no such thing as a badass cuck. You're a cuck. You automatically lose any argument because Cuck's Law. If you're a cuck, you lose.

I'd like to pitch the idea that Nick has a chronic illness and the severe cognitive decline is just the start.
As I have said before, I think the drugs and alcohol have caused him physical brain damage.

Not really. He’s a fucking moron and deserves everything he gets. He courts this shit.
Really, the only reason why I think Aaron should not have gone to jail for sharing that image with Geno, is I believe the underlying Minnesota law, and how it was applied in that situation, is stupid.

But that's really more of a philosophical argument than a legal one.

It certainly is not because I think Aaron handled that situation intelligently.

So what do you think happened? Not trying to be clever, just genuinely interested.
This comment about dilution was just an aside.

Nick missed some screens (but has been compliant with all his probation terms thus far) so they're cracking down on him. This is normal for the most part..

Any idea if the increased testing is usually on a schedule versus them swapping him to truly random days?

I do think he's 'clean' though and it's why he has been frying his brain on galaxy gas and whatever rancid nonsense they put in those vapes of his.
