Wasn't this part of Aaron's potential problem in Nick's dream civil suit against him? He could testify and break his Kayla's restraining order or refuse to testify and the civil court would be obliged to take the worst possible interpretation.

That's not how that works, otherwise you couldn't even testify in your own defense against a restraining order. Testimony is absolutely immune. Now, if you go outside the courthouse and say the same shit, you could be in violation.
