Yeah. Through this whole thing. Especially as Trump has made it more, and more obvious what this term would be, it did actually stick out to me that he's really tried hard to justify still supporting Trump.
When the Epstein files thing happened. He gave a rant about he can overlook our government being/protecting pedophiles if we just get rid of the illegals and the jeets. Which is fucking insane, for one... they're protecting pedophiles. 2 TRUMP ISN'T DEPORTING ANY MORE ILLEGALS THAN ANY OTHER PRESIDENT, AND HE WANTS MORE JEETS! saying you'll overlook pedophilia for something you aren't even getting.... I mean bro. I like null. I listened to mati before I even joined the site. But seriously, I've disagreed with a lot of his takes on politics, but that is probably the worst one he's ever had that I can think of.
Then of course he continues to ignore that Trump completely fucked up the deportations. And pretends supporting trump means he's going to save the white race or something. That's about as delusional as thinking Nick Fuentes is going to save the white race (which some people somehow thought at some point it seems like).
Then we get to this war. Before that Null seemed to have a generally antiwar stance. Mostly from what I remember because of the side effects wars tend to have. The most I've heard him talk about war was with the Russia Ukraine stuff, but you would think he would be able to apply the same logic to this war. Even if it's not white people fighting white people. This is going to have an impact (and is having an impact now) on us. And depending on how bad things get it could lead to a refugee crisis, or a million other effects people in Europe, and the United States are going to have to deal with. And all because our government is compromised (one way or another) by Israel.
His response about the war was intentionally to fence sit. with the whole "I just don't care" thing. Which is something I've hear echoed by a few other right wing influencers, that have audiences that in large part wouldn't just accept some Israeli propaganda narrative. But it seems like these people, either can't or won't say anything that directly makes the Trump admin look bad.
A few things about the way he covers topics around Trump have stuck out to me as weird. I think I've commented on that (along with what I've said criticizing his I support trump cause jeets thing) in this thread. I've had thoughts on it, but they're just pure schizo speculation on my part, and I've for the most part kept what I think is going on with that to myself. I just wonder if at the end of Trumps term. If we are going to get another rant about how Trump is shit, and he should be thrown in prison or whatever he said at the end of his first term. I feel like if he continues supporting him publicly all the way to the end of his term. Then finally says something once he leaves office, I'll at least have a bit of an answer to some of the things I'm wondering about.
It is kind of funny that he's somehow memory holed (for himself) what happened the last time Trump was president. He completely forgot the way Trump betrayed his base. And he's completely ignoring him doing it again, but this time even more loudly.
oh. and is this a new thing going into the house? I fucking hate everything man. how many states are passing these laws? This is another thing I've been pointing out. Literally as soon as Trump got into office, laws started passing all over the world that are working to destroy the open internet, and privacy. Like within the first month or so. I remember seeing them pop up all over. That was before I completely conceded that I fell for it again, and didn't want to outright admit maybe one had to do with another, but i noticed that the timing really seemed to line up. They've been trying to pass this stuff for a long time now, but it seems like finally people are starting to let these laws slip through. And with an ongoing war, most people aren't going to even pay attention to this happening, they wouldn't pay attention to it even if there wasn't a war, but with a distraction like this it's pretty much guaranteed there is going to be no real push-back because people aren't paying attention. Like all the age verification bills that are being passed at the state level right now. For one thing I don't even think I've heard a single big news media source covering that, it's only been online people talking about it. Which I think should speak for itself.
