Per the schedule, the "Jim and them" show is on right now. And they seem to be livestreaming their show on youtube. But its just three dabbleverse looser guys endlessly talking about themselves and seeming to never mention Hackmania at all. I can't tell for certain if the show is from the hotel or not. But its terrible and boring. No interactions with anyone. No guests, Lots of bitching about their interactions with youtube.

The comedy show might start at 10pm Mountain time somewhere. That might be more interesting. Maybe someone will streamsnipe that.
It's crazy that Nick completely ruined hackamania with his bullshit

I got it open in tab and the Kino and Casino in the other tab. They are talking a lot about the Cory Feldman actor. Agreed boring. lol

Hmm if both parts of cuck couple are in Vegas, does that mean mommy and daddy are taking care of grandkids or they just left the oldest to take care of the youngest?
The new dog is looking after them obviously. All of them, locked in the bathroom. Sharing the same dog bowl and litter tray.
Don't know if this selfie from April 4th was already posted, but he''s really feeling himself here.

What an absolutely cock hungry, daughter dosing faggot this cuck is. This is gayer than the hot shorts images.

And Melton. Genius move putting all these issues in the legal hands of Nick and his attorney. They really have your best interests in mind in all this.
Francis White's personal months long situation was getting 50 dicks surgically removed from his throat.
I think Nick and White did it without Melton knowing. Probably everything in that letter from the Judge is likely a complete surprise to Melton. Everything Nick's been saying in public is probably the same stuff he's been saying to Melton in private -

* The judge is tired of Aaron's bullshit
* Aaron's lawyer hasn't been responding to White for months
* Aaron's been doing delay tactics because he knows he'll lose
* Aaron lied in his original affidavit and hasn't demonstrated the elements in his testimony
* Aaron's opposition to the continuance was bullshit and won't work
* Nick can say whatever he wants about Aaron he just can't be physically near him

Now Melton's reading a document that shows Nick's lied to him about all of those things. While on site preparing for his big annual event which he will have to cuck in some way (leave early or tone down the Aaron coverage).

And it's 100% the fault of Nicholas Robert Rekieta. The only reason any of this is happening is because Nick took him on that stalking tour through Minnesota and subsequently gave him a dogshit attorney.
You know shit is bad when even /r/steelboringbeggingshow is saying that "Melton's attorney" screwed him.

Now give them a minute, and maybe... MAYBE they'll remember HOW Melton got that attorney, and who else he's representing.
Can Melton use this to go after Nick and White for double crossing him?

"[T]he Court has become aware" was an odd choice of words about the Barneswalker's mysterious personal situation too, almost like the judge or his clerk had to find out some details about that on their own somehow, since Lewis' letter cited the importance of Hackamania to the respondents' occupation as the only reason for a continuance without bothering to mention a medical issue that is ordinarily just about the easiest possible way to get a continuance granted. All that Barneswalker & Associates had to do was exactly what they did in their other cases: pointing out whatever "major injury" in December kept him "out of the office in non-weight bearing status" too strict to lift even the Rage Twig out of his troubles let alone lug around a box of files. Even if Zoom could have been a way around that, more concerning was the revelation that he has been "taking prescribed medication" of the sort designed to treat his "associated severe pain," raising some capacity issues as well. Opposing counsel in his other cases have tried objecting to his many continuance requests by suggesting reasonable accommodations like hiring of additional staff to "assist in any walking" during in-person hearings, but Lewis decried this as insensitive to Frank's excruciating pain and medicated haze, to which at least one judge formally ruled in a contested posture as follows:

"It is clear that Attorney White is not in a condition to continue representation."

Despite Lewis' repeated assurances that Frank was on the verge of a miraculous recovery bringing him back to the office in January, then in February, and so on, he has since changed tack and insisted that this major injury "requires surgery" that incidentally was "scheduled for April 16, 2026" just three days after Nick's hearing would have been, and he probably wouldn't have been all that useful even if the continuance had been granted, unless it would have been beyond the "6-8 weeks to recover" or potentially even longer "depending upon any postoperative complications." Even that seems optimistic because, as recently as the last week of March in one case, Lewis appears to have stopped even bothering to try buying more time for the Barneswalker's supposed return, and instead he is just resorting to outright substitution and only asking for enough time to get up to speed enough to fly solo.

Considering that Lewis' letter in this case didn't bother to mention any of the above much better reasons to grant a continuance, is it really any surprise that the judge got a little miffed at how disingenuous and suspect it was for the respondents to pretend like anything else was the reason they wasted his time and energy by kicking the can down the road since December? It'd be more interesting to know whether Nick bothered telling Melton about any of this in his bullshit updates about Johnson being the one difficult to reach. I guess you get what you pay for!

Yeah. That is some amazing conduct by the Barneswalker. You can see the strategy now and how if this allowed to continue to play out, the HRO process could be stalled out for months. It also seems to raise a whole lot of strange and rather obscure ethical questions about his conduct in all these cases collectively. What he was telling which judge and when. How he was able to make certain motions and allow scheduling of court dates when he clearly was not able to represent his clients. Or (worse for him) he was able to legal work in some contexts and some times but not other work in other contexts at other times.

They will get a continuance for Hackmania. Then come back for a continuance due to the surgery. Then come back for a continuance due to recovery time. Then come back for a long continuance based on new representation. Maybe the next settlement discussions will be around September?

"It is clear that Attorney White is not in a condition to continue representation."

Another Barneswalker client—one Benjamin Sadat Wright—essentially said, "I am not a fan of Brian K. Lewis. He needs to go the way of the dinosaurs."

Brian Lewis asks the court for a continuance in this case, ~pg 6 of those images.
"It is highly likely that there would be ineffective assistance of counsel were undersigned counsel from Mr. White's office ordered to defend this case at trial. Additionally, the Defendant has stated he does not want undersigned counsel to have any further involvement in his case. Thus, a Sixth Amendment issue would arise from denying the continuance."

Good job Melton, you would do better "pro se" rather than casting your lot with Nick Rekieta and his legal team.

The first person on the comedy show ( i didn't catch his name) started talking about the HRO and saying like so you have to be at court on Monday? But he also made a joke about how there worse groups to be part of than the dabbler's and that is Rackets polycule. hahaha. He apparently was just introducing the first comic, Jim.

He quite possibly didn't tell Melton shit. He certainly was selling a bill of goods to the Steel Toe Begging Show subreddit under his Early-Leopard persona. They may be slowly starting to wake up to that fact now.

There is something else though...

Eight days ago, there was this:

I didn't think much of it at the time, but it makes a lot more sense now in the context you just provided.

It seems ridiculous to use Randazza (or someone similar) for a fucking HRO, but if Lewis has had to absorb all of most of White's caseload, he is probably extremely overburdened at this point, and potentially ill equipped to handle Nick's case. Lewis is also less experienced than White. Albeit only by three years (White was admitted to the Bar in 2014, and Lewis in 2017). Moreover, Nick is almost certainly gonna start screeching again about "muh freeze peach" in light of today's order (some of the Meltonites and Balldoguards already are).

Problem with that, of course, is that Randazza (or someone similar) is likely a hell of a lot more expensive than either Lewis or White.

I would ask whether Nick would, in a moment of panic, decide to spend "Randazza money" on this bullshit (he could just stop being a fag and agree to have nothing to do with Aaron anymore), but his mommy has money, and he's obsessed with destroying his ex-boyfriend, so I think I needn't really ask.

Either way, I think, regardless of what he's been saying outwardly, Nick might not be fancying his chances with Lewis.

The other issue is that more credible and expensive attorneys are unlikely to enable Nick and his stupid legal ideas in the way the Barneswalker has. If he approaches most attorneys, they will explain to him that he has already lost and the best thing to do is just let the HRO take effect and wait it out. The Barneswalker is willing to walk into courtrooms and look like a fool in front of judges doing what Nick wants. But others who care about their reputations are not going to be so eager to do that.

Can Aaron's attorney go for contempt against Rekieta for breaking the TRO? Even if the prosecutor refuses to do anything?

The prosecutor isn't doing anything b/c Aaron is not going to them and reporting the violations. He isn't going to them and saying he wants to press charges.
Edit to add: Aaron doesn't actually care if the HRO gets granted. He just wants to make them sweat. The process is the punishment.

Hopefully fat Sean's prediction is that Nicholas Rekieta will not run his rustang straight into a brick wall at full speed while being filmed in 16k with an Arri cinematic rig.

Aaron and his attorney have gone to the prosecutor. She literally said she isn't going to do anything. She is very hostile to Aaron.

Because the Court would be unreasonable to issue something at 3pm on a Friday and have it signed and filed by closing time (4-4:30ish)
Normally I would agree. However for the court to move with unusual alacrity in this instance would be funny as hell.
