The mention of criminal charges made me lol. I dare not get my hopes up, but you KNOW Nick is fucking fuming over it all and that specifically.Even better, the judge pretty much straight up tells them "if you fuck around, you will get criminal charges".
Nick is on probation.
I think the judge is still naively trusting in the threat of criminal charges intimidating the two chucklefucks. The mention of criminal charges made me lol. I dare not get my hopes up, but you KNOW Nick is fucking fuming over it all and that specifically.
Imagine being so impotent during a weekend when you expected to flex for your fellow Morlocks. Ya hate to see it!
We can only hope it follows with another glorious mugshot and body-cam footage.I had almost forgotten the sweet ecstasy of a DENIED result.
I genuinely think Nick's thought process was "we're not going to settle so who cares if we don't show up to the settlement hearing?"There's no way they thought they'd lose. They're too stupid for that.
I read that as they have to sign it and agree to the terms before it will be granted.I genuinely think Nick's thought process was "we're not going to settle so who cares if we don't show up to the settlement hearing?"
So does Nick/melton/lawyer have to sign the agreement to let them skip the hearing or is it automatic?
Since they shoukd cancel the Aaron alog show Sunday at 5pm (ironically the only show Nick said he was to be on stage for) so he has plenty of time to make it home. As for Melton what's cooler than having to leave your own event early because some retard (and apparently his lawyer) are stonewalling the court like Larry Sellers to The Dude and Walter.I genuinely think Nick's thought process was "we're not going to settle so who cares if we don't show up to the settlement hearing?"

I mean, that's what they'll do -- because no one will treat her comments like Geno's comments. To be fair they can still have Lady Rackets dunk on Aaron. She had personal experience with Aaron but isn't not allowed to talk about him so I doubt they could say "Nick was using her as a mouth piece!" eithout reasonable doubt.
We do not yet have evidence they signed an agreement. So does Nick/melton/lawyer have to sign the agreement to let them skip the hearing or is it automatic?
I think Nick and White did it without Melton knowing. Probably everything in that letter from the Judge is likely a complete surprise to Melton. Everything Nick's been saying in public is probably the same stuff he's been saying to Melton in private -I STRONGLY suspect Nick and Melton realised months ago they were heading for a loss, and had White drum up some last-minute bullshit to stall the case until after Hackamania, so they would not lose the financial upside if attendees started dropping out over the absence of a “This Little Piggy” segment.
They’re fucking retards. Simple deduction is beyond them. Now give them a minute, and maybe... MAYBE they'll remember HOW Melton got that attorney, and who else he's representing.
Lol they don't even know Nick and Melton share a lawyerYou know shit is bad when even /r/steelboringbeggingshow is saying that "Melton's attorney" screwed him.

Tell me the great snakening isn't inevitable at this point...
If that's the case he's setting them up to fail because Nick's already stated that he was going to hackamania.I read that as: "You've been given something that if you sign, I'll grant it -- but you need to sign it now."
"In the SS, one met a better class of people."The guy in the top pic (where Kayla is showing off her Kaposi’s sarcoma) is Tommy Jordan. Would you be shocked to learn he is also a drug addict and alcoholic who routinely passes out for entire days, blowing off scheduled shows and other commitments? He recently landed in the hospital after drunk riding his unicycle. (Tommy has an unquenchable thirst for attention. Also a former fatty who had to get surgery to not be super morbidly obese.)
