Nick claims (*taps sign*) that he built a six figure business for The Dragon's Treasure. This is in response to a chat message claiming that TDT's real problem with Nick concerns Coomalot.
The Dragon's Treasure says there will be a response forthcoming.
Is this some sort of funny and weird upper Midwestern thing? Nick, Jeremy Hambly, Patrick Tomlinson seem to consider "conservatism" to be an aesthetic to adopt to feel cooler than their fellow leftists while still maintaining all the same mental paradigms.
I think it's a low-talent grifter thing, rather than something tied to a specific geographic area.
Matt Jarbo did the same thing and, AFAIK, he's west coast (his thread OP claims he's in Washington, but I don't know if that's accurate anymore).
You can add EVS to that list too. He's in New Jersey. He uses MAGA iconography and talking points to bilk people out of money for comic books he doesn't deliver on.
And, of course, Don Sargon of Applees is in the UK.
Basically, in the years leading up to Trump taking the White House for the first time, and beyond, it became super popular (and oftentimes profitable) for people to make their whole online persona about being a "conservative voice against the SJWs." Regardless of whether they actually give a shit about the culture wars or not. There was good money in it.
Don't have any other talent? Just bitch about woke for a few hours each day.
