Mild power-level here but I have some food sensitivities and health conditions that require me to use alternatives to popular ingredients to not feel like dying after consuming them.
As a result of using the alternatives for so long, I no longer like the taste of real sugar, butter, or mayo.
I use a generic brand of splenda in any coffee or tea I make, I use a vegan butter alternative and do not care for the taste of real butter. The only exceptions to that is I will use real butter in baked goods, and if I'm searing a steak in cast iron. I can taste the eggs in mayo, and use a vegan alternative to that as well, on the rare occasion I need to use mayo.
I do not care for the taste of chicken or eggs, don't like the texture of most forms of pork (bacon is good though), and I don't eat a lot of beef unless it's a steak or in homemade beef stew.
I am accidentally vegan against my own will.
I will indulge in meat and real dairy products on occasions when I can offset how trash I may feel afterwards with a good nap lol.
I do have to agree with the ooperator though, cheese is fucking amazing. Even if it hurts me greatly if I consume too much in one sitting.
