Deranged leftist protestors are screaming and crying outside the Supreme Court as they debate over ENDING birthright citizenship for illegal aliens.

This isn't that shocking. If you go onto any moderately popular medium there is non stop doomering about how its all over, we are all going to be in camps, etc. These people believe the logical outcome if birthright citizenship being removed is concentration camps and killings.

I don't really fault the dumb ones per say. You are being pumped full of fear and anger by democrats so its all you know.

I didn't get a read on Roberts, Kavanaugh, or Barrett.
Personally, I think the introduction of Jackson has made it harder for the fence sitters to side with the liberal justices because she is just that retarded and doesn't understand what her job is. Like, her argument is that if an American travels abroad they have sworn allegiance to that country by following local laws. That kind of justification opens up a whole legal can of worms on its own and I don't think Kavanaugh or Barrett want to sign their names next to that logic.

I generally agree. I think a big hurdle is the practical implications this would have and the political upheaval this would cause. Robert has always said they want to avoid political issues (whether or not you believe him is up to you lol), so I don't see them doing this when nominally half the states are very very against this. Im not sure though
Roberts also overturned Roe v. Wade. Roberts tries avoid making the court into a political machine (he has completely failed at that because the district courts are all over the place), but he absolutely makes decisions that have political repercussions. They wouldn’t have taken the case if they wanted to avoid politics.

SCOTUS ruling in favor of birthright citizenship also means the SAVE Act is rendered completely null and void regardless of whether or not it passes. "Illegals can't vote" won't work when everyone becomes a legal citizen and therefore can easily get voter ID.

Every Country with Unrestricted Birthright Citizenship (jus soli)

The following countries have unrestricted birthright citizenship: Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Barbados, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Chad, Child, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Fiji, Grenada, Guatemala, Guyana, Honduras, Jamaica, Lesotho, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Tanzania, Trinidad and Tobago, Tuvalu, the United States, Uruguay, and Venezuela.

This wouldnt even need to go to the Supreme Court of Congress just got off their ass and did their job to pass a law to patch an obvious loophole that makes 0 sense. Just make citizenship status inherited from the parents, problem solved. This shouldn't even be a debate if we weren't dealing with utter retards.
We aren't dealing with retards, we're dealing with malicious actors deliberately working against us

Thanks for including Canada in the list of shithole countries. The USA shouldn't be there if this decision goes the correct way.
