But yes more or less, and that percentage is not anything like equally distributed across the US. What is much more inflated by African-Africans is the "African-American" birth rate.

just seems to beggar belief they are the majority of all major citys and in almost every smaller citys downtown yet they say there is less than 15% of them by volume

I know illegal immigrants cause alot of our problems but im still not convinced we are talking about some root issues

Probably retarded question, but if the reason they can't just attach the SAVE America act to the budget reconciliation and ram it through is that it doesn't have to do with the budget etc, couldn't they skirt that if they wanted to by amending it to require funding in the budget allotted for provision of a national voter ID to eligible citizens?
