He might not even be able to now because it's gets harder to legally change your name when you have an outstanding criminal record. You can file the paperwork, but the judge presiding over your case ultimatley has the say as to whether or not you're allowed to proceed with it. Name changes are actually pretty simple to get done. However, Digi is a lazy bum even with no obstacles in place to get what he wants, so now that there are obstacles in place to keep him from legally becoming Trixie (to say nothing of the five figures he owes the IRS), the chance of him actually going through with changing his name is essentially zero.

I’m still mad about that review because he has some genuinely reasonable critiques: the film feels like it should have been a 13 episode series because the B-plots don’t have enough time to cook, or that the villains all have these differing weapon specialties and unique designs while the film gives them these strangely intimate moments of screentime to break from the POV of the protagonists.

However, that wasn’t Digi’s thesis as to why Sword of the Stranger was not to his standards. Rather than emphasizing the aforementioned, Digi thinks it’s a ultimately a shit movie because the colors are not the saturated KyoAni lolicore pastelslop he’s accustomed to, and that the only reason anyone ought to watch it is for the fight scene at the end.

If memory serves, that review was uploaded in 2019 when he was already entering the trajectory of falling off.
