A required warning: look into it properly as per the laws of your state. I only know how it works for a few states but I'm happy to look into it for you (idk, I assumed people wouldn't even tell their state on here because reasons) if anyone wants to private message or whatever.

So the way I know it to work, the general lowest official rung of healthcare/homecare is the CNA, certified nursing assistant. You don't need that (although they train in like just a month). You would probably need that if it weren't your family but then you'd need insurance, too. I'd say to start off by looking into being compensated as like an HHA (home health aide) or something like that. Hell, even if 'all' you're doing is helping them walk to and from the bathroom, maybe helping get food from stores or even heating it up, that all counts. Doing laundry, shoveling, ADLs (that's THE magic phrase, say 'you have to help them with ADLs' aka Activities of Daily Living). That's like the golden ticket it covers everything from dressing and brushing teeth (oral care protects you from heart attacks!) to helping someone move their arm through a full range of motion (literally just stretching).

Not sure what the hourly amounts would work out to (like how many hours a day you can get compensated for helping with ADLs) but I'm sure it could be found online (as in, you don't want to claim 24x7 care because that would be like a nursing home 'level of care.'

Anyway if I can help with research let me know.

I'm pretty sure the bulbhead motherfuckers are charging Medicaid/Medicare as say, corporate entities (either a corp or a not-for-profit). This is very different than what you'd be doing as a single person caring for your own family. That is a much lower level of scrutiny (because they wouldn't let you charge millions of dollars for the housecare of ~2 people). I've never heard of anyone needing like a corporate entity just to pay yourself (like you need when you're an independent software consultant) for this and I don't think OnlyUseMeBlade could have set that up anyway, lol

If for some reason the Iranian people fail to overthrow the current government, the second goal is still being achieved and the message is still being sent, by proving that the previous bombing wasn't just a one-off thing.

This is the myth of the "organic revolt". North Korea shows that in fact no the people wont jist rise up.

They all need leaders or centralizing forces. All evidence seems to show that you can crush these unifying leaders before hand in the modern era with modern technology if they are unsupported.

That means unifying figures left in this era have some kind of support from an external entity, come from an institution that the powers that be wrongly id'ed as irrelevant (a union, religion, school all are candidates), or is already part of the instutions of power.

Who or what is the centralizing force for Iran to rise up? I dont know. It sounds like the recent protests had a few leaders get whacked. Did they have a bench of secondaries who will step up?

The most likely case is an existing leader or "middle management" offering to take over. The problem here is that Israel is going to try and enforce a veto. I am skeptical that the people who could consolidate a government around them would survive an Israeli veto.
