the push to turn AI into human workforce replacement has been so comically incompetent that even communists are horrified about it if they have any, and i mean ANY sense about them. the only time robots are good at jobs like this is when that's ALL they do. an automated arm in a factory, along a conveyor belt, for instance. even THEN, human intervention is needed constantly as even slight misalignment can make everything go haywire.
it's easy for people to fall for the constant demoralization that trump kowtows to muh heckin' kikerinos, but he's been pretty fair about making sure we don't just bow to israel, and actually get their fair share from them. the recent arms deals have been very beneficial, and the fact that they do trade tech to the chinese is why they get special versions of things like the F-35, which i suspect the white house is hawkeyed about them selling to the chinese, or any of the tech inside it that they didn't develop themselves. (not really our business to tell the hebrews who they can sell the shit THEY invent to.)
