I think you might be misunderstanding this quote. Sid Alpha hasn't caved at all and continues to call Alex a fucking mental case. He is trying hard to keep a 'news reporter' tone in his videos but he does do a good job covering the issues and does stand up for Youtubers and devs alike being fucked over by scammers, asset flippers and now psycho troons.

See, the important part is that some people don't care, and that other people do. That's always going to be true. But here's my point: Why should anyone give a shit that this guy is a mentally ill Troons person? Even deciding to contradict them or bring it up is giving it far more consideration than the issue's worth.
If you want to be the guy that screams about "UGH UR NOT A GIRL UR A LIAR ON THE INTERNET MENTALLY ILL" etc etc and causes a stink about irrelevant mental illnesses (assuming he even IS trans and not just faking for asspats), great. You do you. Maybe you'll actually succeed. Throw yourself at it all you like.
But getting into that argument with these people is just pointless, at best. It's letting them lead you away from the bullshit they've pulled so you can scream about things they genuinely don't care about.
If you want to fight that battle, go for it, but I could not care less about it, and it's pointless to try and force other people to fight that battle because frankly it will always be pointless. The battle itself achieves nothing. Why should I or anyone else have a stake in it?

I'd understand that if the only thing wrong with him is "Thinks He's Napoleon". Maybe telling him he's not would snap him out of the delusion. But this dude's more like "I'm Napoleon And I Just Conquered YouTube With The Power Of DMCA". I'm not so inclined to bother giving a shit about him thinking he's Napoleon, I'm more going to give a shit about him attempting to conquer YouTube and fucking shit up in the process.
This is my opinion, straight up. We spent the first like 3 pages with people being like "oh no they used female pronouns, what cucks" and claiming that SidAlpha (whom I personally like) was just going soft and he'd forgive any tranny who tried this shit... which I don't think is true. Alex Mauer's a shitbag, tranny or not. Can we actually focus on the lulzy unique bits before this fucker goes to prison and the cowteats grow old and saggy?
I mean, his music's probably going straight in the bin once that court case goes through. I do hope all that hearsay's true and that Alex will end up doing actual time for this. That'd be fun.

People who are dissatisfied with their lives see it is as an out that allows them to reinvent themselves.
It's a magic bullet that shifts the blame for their inadequacies elsewhere, which is why have such a high suicide rate. They start transitioning and remain dysfunctionally depressed with low self-esteem because they don't address the actual issues that had them wishing they could start over while often enough ruining all of the relationships with people who's support they'd need as they approach crisis point.

Actually, on his second or third video or something, SidAlpha DID mention that Alex was, indeed, a tranny. His official stance is that it's irrelevant to the case and doesn't want to turn it into some tranny hate crusade or whatever the fuck, so he's sticking with the female pronouns because that's officially what he uses and left it at that.
'Course that didn't stop the Internet from doubling down on the tranny comments for, because it's the goddamn Internet of course they're gonna do this shit.
Bitch sent a C&D to Turner Broadcasting and apparently sent all of this incriminating info to SidAlpha because he believed he would uncover some MAGICAL conspiracy and break the news about how he's a POOR, OPPRESSED, DISCRIMINATED, PROUD TRANSWOMAN being intimidated by the BIG BAD GAME DEVS and the WHINY GAMERS WHO DON'T HAVE A REAL JOB.
He pissed off the Let's Players who actually managed to make a decent company out of vidya (Total Biscuit), the YouTube community in general by holding their video hostage, SidAlpha for trying to turn him into some microphone for his tranny bitchfits, and to top it all off, an actual, bonafide company that has real money they can sent to slap his ego back to Earth.
He would have to flash a MAGA cap while kissing a gay brony while holding a sign saying "all niggers and islams should die" to be more hated.

The only thing it doesn't explain is why he's trying to do this with just his album - my guess is he's trying to autistically set a monetary value on his work to prove he's being ripped off - as usually professional victims use Patreon to bring in money.

I think it's hilarious that Alex thought Leonard French would represent him and is salty over the fact that French is now helping to sue him.
There's nothing more scary than someone who fervently believes he's right, despite all evidence to the contrary that can be presented. Everything we've seen so far about Alex points to him truly believing that he is completely justified to be waging this Jihad and that he's the good guy. His interviews, his actions, his legal notices... he's living in his own world in which everything revolves around- and is attacking- him. By most public accounts he wasn't always like this. Maybe a mental disorder (not just autism) has been fermenting in his brain, or maybe society has gotten to the point where someone can rrrrRRRREEEEEEEEee so much and be validated that he has just taken that to heart.
I would not be surprised if his designation gets changed to schizo-cow instead of career cow, eventually.
