No you can clearly see the rollback netcode drop his inputs and give away a free combo. This is a known bug and the Tony Canon personally told Phil that they did it to make more money

If there's one thing I respect about Phil, it's his dedication to the bit. One would think that after not getting much support while begging, and also not getting much support while not begging, one would reach the unfortunate conclusion that there's just no support for him as a streamer.
