we do not have a litany of evidence that pooners are all middle class or above. I looked very hard for this information and it doesn't exist, as soon as medicaid started covering this a bunch of poor women started pooning out along with the rich ones. Planned parenthood is not the destination of people who have money, and yet PP decided to be a consent clinic for HRT. the contagion spread with the internet so even middle-of-nowhere places have a pooner here and there. Demographically all we know is that they're overwhelmingly white.
additionally, even if what you said about class was true, it wouldn't disprove that these things are linked. Eating disorders are extremely common in molestation victims, but the type of eating disorder is extremely class-dependent. Poor victims tend to become obese while richer women tend to get anorexia. No one is entirely sure why this is. Both options are available to both groups but they choose differently in the majority of cases. If we used your logic then only binge eating disorder is a result of molestation but anorexia is not, despite the shared goal of erasing secondary sexual characteristics (which pooning also does).
lastly, while molestation is more common in poorer communities, it is not uncommon in the wealthy, either. Plenty of rich women got molested as children, there is no shortage of them and it would be exceedingly difficult to guess the % based on outcomes like drug abuse or pooning out etc. What is true across the board is that girls are always overwhelmingly more likely to get molested than boys, the gap between girl and boy is much larger than the gap between poor and rich, so it would not be unreasonable for someone to conclude that if they had been born a boy none of that shit would have happened to them, hence pooning out. the SRS thread is full of women who are thrilled to have had their vaginas burned shut so no one can ever fuck them again, even when their rot dogs don't take. it isn't hard to do the math.

Well yeah they are, all these "transmen" are just victims of childhood sexual molestation, the trauma of which leads them to subconsciously trying to "uglify" themselves so Uncle Joe won't rape them anymore.

I don't read the SRS thread, but from looking at the chest, it seems like they just cut open the bottom of the breast and then pull out all the breast tissue, and lipsosuck away the fat tissue.
