How could she not be? Can you imagine living with this dude? He just admitted this week that he talks to her about the detractors, which of course he does but still. This whining little bitch crying about video games before she goes to work her retail job? He doesn't have friends for a reason, anyone that spends time with him ends up hating him.
Let me know if I'm wrong on this, but it makes me wonder all these recent haircuts he's been getting for the last 8 months is from Kat. I remember there being lore that she worked at a hairstylist place, but I could be wrong on that and please let me know. Overall it seems rather amateurish and I don't think they choose proper cuts for the shape of his head. Like I get they gave him a swept back haircut to use hair from the front to cover bald spots on the top and back, but doesn't look layered right and in front view it looks uneven. It really just gives the vibe Kat either practices her haircut skills on DSP or DSP has her do cuts for her cause he doesn't want to go out to a barber.
I did my best to trace it and match it up against idealized male proportions (according to the late and great Andrew Loomis). I had a hard time finding the jawbone so that's my best approximation.
I know it has been said before, but the state of this man is uncanny. My dad will celebrate his 70th birthday soon, and Phil looks worse than him.
I know this will never happen but seeing him play MTG would be the funniest thing.
I figured it was obvious after all these years that downie-town Phail Brown cut his own hair after that old upload of his with the clippers. Then again this image lends credence to the fat Kat gone theory. If she actually has experience cutting hair she would fix this abomination before risking being seen with it in public.
To be fair, he reads KF and saw my post on using YT brand accounts to spam his chat. It's relatively simple (and fun!).

There's absolutely no way a professional has done it as they don't need the bad press with this abomination out in public. I can't even see a recently graduated cosmetology student being this bad.

It's beautiful. The only thing I'd change is making his head flatter in the back and his nose droopier. He's really got that "I'm melting but also my mom left me lying on my back too much as a baby while she smoked cigarettes all day" look goin on. But really, excellent work dude, looks great.
To be completely fair, what can you really do with what he's got? You can't touch the front, he needs that to hide the power alleys and it's already thinning at an alarming pace. You can't touch the top, because he needs that long to comb over the bald spot in back. Sides shaved, but not too far up because the needs that to hide the thinning on the top of his head. He's aging gracefully btw in case you forgot and he definitely doesn't dye his hair.

I want to see him try to fucking learn it. It would be the ultimate litmus test. Theres so many rules and overlapping things it would prove if he is able to retain anything. Id imagine he'd fuck it up hard and rage quit.
to be fair, tracing photos makes for a stiff drawing, even though it's technically accurate. Below I have attached a sketch of how I personally see phil so that it may be properly contrasted with the tracing.
