I don't know if we get letters but votes are always on the same day so you know when to go by default, and the voting centers have "[City] Voting Precinct" signs on them, usually in community centers but sometimes churches, fire departments, maybe other places

It wasn't for that. I looked into it and confirmed a couple users banned who did not specifically quote or mention HHH. Null was mad a timely and important thread was shat up and I assume he started just mass resolving every report with a week ban. It's possible that on top of that HHH and everyone who talked to him were banned, but at least it wasn't the only criterion.
