Listen. I'm one of the few regular posters here who is on team "Shouldn't have died there" and posts about it. But even to me this is a retarded, reactionary and histrionic take. No. The agent that shot him didn't draw and fire because "Oh shit... I could totally ventilate this fucker right now and get away with it" He drew and fired his weapon because of adrenaline, chaos, confusion, and emotion in a series of events that happened in a very compressed few seconds of time.

Does he at least kiss the agent who shot him? Look into the show my avatar comes from, it might help you write this thing.
One thing's for sure, it sure was fucking retarded for him to try to wrestle a federal agent, whether or not armed. But being armed? Wow, that was dumber than fuckin' rocks.

The truth lies somewhere in the middle. He panicked and shot someone on the ground (possibly by accident; possibly out of some sincere desire to neutralize the problem) and after realizing he spent one bullet proceeded to spend the rest. Because it looks less like a cold execution if you "panic" and fire everything. This is what police are told to do.

it's really impressive that for the scamali network having goons out to hassle people filming the learing centers how they're staying a thousand miles from the protests
even very low iq criminals like somalis still have the basic common sense instinct of "if you're involved in crime, lay low and avoid police attention"
they'll fuck with the people trying to expose them if they think they can get away with it, but they know better than to deliberately seek out confrontation with the feds.

All those jobs are being offshored to India according to several amazon people i know
So Trump put a price tag on the Indian H1-Bs, and instead of the corporations bringing the Indians to them, they're bringing themselves to the Indians? I guess that's slightly better but holy shit these boomer CEOs need to get off the jeet pill. The line-go-up crowd treats Indians the same way an addict treats drugs.

This is basically it. People are fixating on the gun being disarmed first, or "well he did reach into his belt but he pulled out a magazine" and other ancillary elements, the relevant part is "dude was fighting to free himself from a lawful arrest after assaulting a woman, and pulled out a previously concealed object, at which point he was ventilated repeatedly". The only reasonable assumption is that he went for something that would help him escape or harm agents, and he got it, so he was now an active threat probably armed with 'something'. Any assumption of "oh well it wasn't a weapon" or "oh he's doing something completely harmless" is unreasonable on the basis of his active resistance.

Having a gun doesn't make you immune to arrests. Having the gun taken from you doesn't suddenly make you harmless as a kitten. Dude grabbed that woman with his bare hands, so its not like he hadn't already shown that he had options beyond the great equalizer.
A magazine is a small, black object. It can easily be mistaken for another gun, an explosive, or some other weapon. In a scuffle, you cannot dedicate time to verify if something being brandished is a weapon or not.

Homicide justified.

Let me know when the gore fanfiction you're writing comes out, you could use a thread on this site.

I'm sure he was shot because a federal agent realized he could get away with it. This is not a gun-friendly administration despite whatever Pam Bondi is whipped into saying in front of press. The bad news is you will very likely not see any less guns at these protests, if anything you will see more now that all the aggressors have decided you'll be executed if caught. Another 27D chess play by Donald Trump and his crowd of yes-men.
This is not a gun friendly administration? The administration that has done nothing but expand freedom push constitutional carry arguments to the point where even California is fighting lawsuits? Tax stamp is gone. Record suppressor sales, every optic I look at is out of stock like it's fucking RAM or something.

The left would ban private ownership in a second if they had the power. We've seen nothing but positive movement for the first time in decades on firearm regulations.

The second I see a US citizen complying with lawful orders mowed down by law enforcement I'll call for the death penalty for that officer.

If you are a nigger or nigger brained and can't see the future the cops shoot you. Deserved.

You are being dishonest.

1. There was an attempt at apprehension
2. He actively resisted
3. One officer spotted the gun and yelled about its presence.
4. There was a struggle to hold him down (he was still actively resisting)
5. A retard took the firearm away and there was a "possible" ND (Sigger bros are done!)
6. Because the retard that disarmed him NEVER told anyone, the other officers who were working on the assumption he was STILL armed heard said gun shot and believed he was trying to shoot them(Also did not help he grabbed a magazine during this)
7. Glowie(s) fired on him till he stopped moving.

Finally, when he was downed they started the search for his firearm, and ONLY then that the other mouth-breathing retard tell em, he had the gun the entire time.

Obviously we need to take into account that the timeline was very short, but I think it is fair to say

1. He was unarmed at the time of the shooting
2. The glowie did not necessarily know that
3. He should NOT have actively been resisting WHEN HE KNEW HE WAS ARMED
4. This shooting was a major fuckup, and very likely not justified.

This is my take on the shooting, it is true and just!
Even if the cop told them he disarmed them, the guy reaching during a struggle and pulling out something is going to get you shot. Could be a backup gun, could a knife, or maybe pepperspray, the cops in a tussle don't have that much time to figure out what it is and your intentions for bringing it out.

Karoline levvit say that Trump "Has not categorized Mr Preti In this way" when asked if Trump agrees that he is a domestic terrorist

Sounds like trump is going to let Noem and Bongidlinghole take the fall for this

He's just concern trolling. He flips the fuck out when you refuse to give him the frame. Just remind him of how his buddy died in pain for nothing. Watch him lose it

seriously this
one time during coof I got pulled over on my bike and for a half-second there was miscommunication about do/don't get the mask out of your bag to talk and I very promptly dropped my backpack to make it clear I wasn't trying for something
and that was a calm traffic stop

"comply now, complain later" is a catchphrase for a reason
