There's no end of apostate "churches" who's religion is critical social justice theory and marxism with a veneer of Christianity. Weather underground was sheltered in such churches in Chicago. 15 minute cities only work with prior planning or in old cities where foot travel was the norm. For the modern age stuff like garden cities works better and accounts for car travel, public transportation, etc. The garden city movement was one of the strong inspirations for Disney's Epcot.

No, 15 minute cities = San Fransisco where your apartment is on top of a convenience store. Garden cities (like the image) are large communities with suburbs, centralized industries, planned parks and forests, etc. It's a solution from the late 19th-20th century to counter pollution and poor living conditions by ensuring that the places that people live and enjoy themselves are separate from where they work. It's had an influence on city planning in the early 20th century and I think there was a British city that was planned based on the garden city tenets and it's doing well.
