I'm going to be generous here and say that the parents gave him the name because of the Greek meanings and not the series as the series spell it Theokoles, not Theokles which means "God's glory/Glorious to God".

XD well your theory has some strong points. I would always wonder why there are so many single mothers in his videos. Racist me thought it was because black men run away from their children. Obviously not all videos contain single mothers but still it's too many.
Wanted to add to that I checked out his most recent post and River's apparently having "streaks" and secretion. Don't know what exactly it means, but I think it has something to do with his trachea. And apparently he's been sleeping in the same bed as River for the past three days.
He is saying "secretions in his trach." Dude is a mumbler and I swear has a bit of an accent. Secretions are a normal response to a tracheostomy, and since the kid is a potato he isn't able to clear them himself. Usually you only need to suction maybe a few times a day, but increased secretions can be a sign of further respiratory issues like infection or inflammation, and it's also possible to suction too often and cause more secretions to be produced. He didn't mention color, which is usually an indicator of infection or other problems, which makes me a bit suspicious of him being sicker than he is willing to say.

I scrolled through his IG account a bit and saw a video where it seems his son was gone for a night, but there was no specification on if the kid was with his mom or somewhere else.
