Iran Crisis & the 2026 War between Iran and the United States, Gulf States, and Israel - Please focus on news and coverage, not argumentation.

You could be the greatest engineer but would always get passed over for promotion by a lesser candidate who was connected to the regime or had proven themselves loyal to it.
Same story here with DEI and progressivism. Even without it, promotions I've seen have never had anything to do with competence and instead are political in nature, handed out to coethnics and friends.

Aside from the part where they've been funding terror acts against the West in the name of Islam ever since they took power, of course.
Saudi Arabia was caught funding terrorism in 2001. No invasion.
Pakistan were caught funding terrorism. No invasion.
Hamas are funding terrorism. No invasion.

Keep swallowing those NPC MSM talking points like reddit tranny swallows puberty blockers.

Most “refugees” we see in the west are just economic migrants here to make a buck. Almost all of them would rather be in their own country, if they could make the same money there. They all say they don’t feel “safe” at home but it’s 99% bullshit.

Iranians abroad are not like that. They’re almost all actual refugees and they’d probably go back to Iran if it were safe.

Which sucks because they’re actually way better than all the economic migrants.
Disagree, These actual war refugees are never going back even if their shithole gets liberated, almost always they quickly turn into economic migrants not only because of the money but also the west promises a western citizenship.
Even the refugees staying in liberalized first world middle eastern countries with similar cultural backgrounds and almost impossible to gain citizenship, they are not looking back a their shithole, they are instead looking at which western country is the easiest to get into and gain a citizenship.

Tax and Banking policy
tbh they got that from judaism

christianty followed a totally differnet philosophy than judaism and islam, spirit of the law over letter of the law

and in judaism every law has loopholes (and that's by design), if god didnt want us to abuse these loopholes, they wouldnt exist in the first place (ofc due to us not technically violating any rules, he technically doesnt smite us, rules-lawyering goes both ways)

in comparison pretty sure islam has a strict "no loophole" policy, but they still follow the letter of the law, they just are very, very reluctant to update it past the 7th century, cuz that would be tampering with the word of god or smth

sry for bad english

Hamas is actually funded by Iran so that's a really bad example to use.

The regime are going all in with their killing of the protest

snippet:

'They just kept killing': Eyewitnesses describe deadly crackdown in Iran

"I saw it with my own eyes - they fired directly into lines of protesters, and people fell where they stood."

Omid's voice was shaking as he spoke, fearful of being traced. Breaking the wall of silence between Iran and the rest of the world takes immense courage, given the risk of reprisals by the authorities.

Omid, in his early 40s and whose name we have changed for his safety, has been protesting on the streets of a small city in southern Iran over the past few days against worsening economic hardship.

He said security forces had opened fire at unarmed protesters in his city with Kalashnikov-style assault rifles.

"We are fighting a brutal regime with empty hands," he said.

The Islamic Revolution wins once again
Apparently Mohammad Saedinia, the founder of the famous brand Saedinia was arrested today.

All Saedinia Cafes will likely be shut down for at least two months.

I believe the reason is that he shut down his cafes in solidarity with the Thursday & Friday protests and posted a story about it (though it was deleted).

Many other businesses posted stories that were seen as being in solidarity with the calls to action (I'm pretty sure I saw Lamiz do it too).

I'm assuming they're making an example out of Saedinia given how famous it is.
This is another clue that suggests they feel more confident.

Arresting defiant celebrity cafe owners isn't exactly the top item on a government's hierarchy of needs in an existential fight.

You do vindictive stuff like that after once you've established some control.

The issue was the Shah was indecisive and literally dying of cancer.

A few of this generals said let us unleash the Army and we'll crush these islamists and communists in a week or less.

Other government ministers though giving into demands was the best idea.

He was probably too kind to the protestors for too long and probably could have announced reforms, then crushed the islamists.
Saddam Hussein respected the Shah and offered to deal with Khomenei when the cleric was in exile in Najaf, Iraq, before his final exile in France. The Shah declined for he was too kindly a man.

Gentle reminder that in Middle East either the most successful and loved one (Mustafa Kemal, our fur hat guy that was probably the only politician with a brain aside from Ecevit (even then he was too much of a compromiser)), or extremely brutal ones win (Saudi subterfuge is no joke they tore apart a guy Saw/Cartel) style

Even then Ataturk was soft and harmed Turkey in the long run: exiling the sultan right into the Archenemy's bosom (Eternal A*glo of Britbongia, may Allah forgive me for uttering.) and treating Menemen incident gently because the K*rdish wretch Ismet persuaded him to be lenient. If Menemen was razed and Ottoman dynasty was snuffed out, we'd be far better off.

I know people are disappointed in Trump, but I would like to add: Fuck the EU for looking away from Iran every fucking time. Muh muh freedom, muh muh women's rights, but not when it takes actual effort and skin in the game. Most European citizens want EU support for the Iran insurgents, even if it's only strong moral support in the form of clear official statements, but Eurocrats can't even manage that. They couldn't even put out a simple statement in support of Iranian women last time the people tried to overthrow the regime.

European countries are now seperately calling in their Iranian ambassadors to tell them that killing your own people is quite naughty. I'm sure the regime is very impressed. I am so disgusted by my region of the world.
