No, his whole thing is that having a """king""" who is beholden to a constitution and a "board of directors" (his words, not mine) is a good thing. That's how he describes his ideal government, it's always in corporate terms. He essentially wants a handful of Silicon Valley technocrats to run the country, and some puppet monarch to sit on a throne and take all the blame for anything that goes wrong. Presumably so that his quasi-shadow government can remove them like a used tampon when the public is sick of them, and pick a new figurehead to sit on the throne. He doesn't want a king running the country, he wants Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk running the country.
This is exactly why I hate him so much. He pretends to be a monarchist, invents an entirely new definition of monarchy, then runs around spouting the most retarded drivel imaginable to anyone who will listen. Anyone who reads his faggy tweets justifiably thinks "Wow, the only monarchy enjoyer I've ever heard of sure is a gigantic faggot...". And the only way you'd ever know that he isn't really a monarchist is to voluntarily listen to him speak for 10+ minutes, which is an unreasonable request for any sane man.
