I'm not a NAFO Tranny but, I have read everything Richard Preston has put out and I can guarantee India's and Pakistan's Nukes are not a threat at all and probably 75% of Russia's.
The stories of grift, incompetence and theft regarding the most dangerous bioweapon known to mankind (Smallpox) in these countries does not bode well for their equally incompetent nuclear programs.
FYI, Russia "lost/Sold" a tanker full of Weapons grade Smallpox from their virology lab "Vector" enough to wipe out the planet 4x.

It's a serious question whether Pakistan can even use its nukes because the CIA is very deeply involved in their security and maintenance. Same thing for India except instead of the CIA the questionable functionality of their nukes is because Sanjeet is in charge

If you read this the author talks about how his comrades would literally sell munitions to the enemy. There's tales of Russian soldiers selling 5.45mm to the locals in Afghanistan thinking if they boiled the bullets for a bit that'd render them inert. The corruption and incompetence of Slavs if mind boggling. I can only imagine how much worse something like the Indian army must be.

I'll agree with you on India and Pakistan, because Pakistan's nukes are all on missiles made to hit India, while India's longest ranging missiles are meant to cover China (including Pakistan as well).
Russia, however, it could be argued that Russia let its ground forces and conventional missile stockpiles decay at the altar of keeping its strategic nuke forces fully functional and operational. Russia, while most of its stockpiles is MRBMs meant to hit Europe, is also the closest to the US via the Arctic, and is a nuclear triad state (having ground, air and submarine launched options).
Then again both Oreshnik and Sarmat rockets have had some funny launch failures in the last 3 years, so maybe I'm giving them too much credit.
Europe is already being overrun by rapefugees with or without war.
If Europe wants to stop rapefugees, Europe can just turn them the fuck around.
