Gonna sperg about KOSA a bit. Yeah, shit's bad but I do want to point out it no longer requires Age Verification in its current form. It has been effectively defanged, and I personally support several of the other measures (but I am ultimately more pro-freedom on the Internet and think any regulation like this is a bad idea) in the bill as it currently stands. Changing the bill to remove the Age Verification stuff (and essentially fuck over anyone hoping to implement digital ID) really made the Democrats ass mad and their support for the bill faultering. There is a good chance it won't pass.

COPPA is the one we really need to keep our eyes on going forward.
