uh-oh! It's been a baaad day for our favourite activist Jew Judge.

Yep Jew Judge Jeb Boasberg is back in the headlines...well the legal headlines.

After calling for a contempt hearing on Wednesday, Jeb issued calls for several high ranking DoJ types (main Noem) to appear before him to answer on the charge of not doing exactly what he said before he said it.

Now that the SCOTUS told old Jeb to knock that shit off vs Trump a few months back but he's quietly maintained that case, and his power over it, in the background...waiting...just waiting. Well he was done waiting and he issued summons for DoJ types to come let him yell at them and then charge them for contempt anyway.

Well all is not lost, the DoJ folks appealed that shit right the fuck away and today the appeals court issued the requested stay while they ponder if a Jewish Judge does indeed outrank the POTUS. This is not a huge win, it just means that Old Jeb can't actually haul the DoJ heads into his courtroom until the DC appeals circuit gives him the go ahead...which being a DC court they probably will in a 4 to 2 ruling after a few weeks of pretending to mull it over. Then Jeb can go ahead and pretend he's the boss of the US while the Trump Admin heads to SCOTUS yet again to get Daddy Roberts to tell Jeb to knock that shit off.

Still a pause is a win for now as Jeb's real goal is just to be a little cunt and cause as much trouble as he can, hoping beyond hope that one day he can finally cream his panties and issue that arrest order for Trump and watch the whole US justice system burn down around him when SCOTUS has to finally decide once and for all time, if a mid level judge can indeed order the arrest of the President of the United States for the crime of being Orange.

A federal appeals court agreed Friday to temporarily block U.S. District Judge James Boasberg’s planned contempt hearings next week after the Trump administration asked to halt his review and boot him from the case entirely.
The administrative stay from the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals only pauses the contempt hearings while it weighs the merits of the government’s arguments.
However, the bid from the administration escalates its long-running feud with Boasberg over his handling of the case, which began in March after Trump invoked the rarely used Alien Enemies Act (AEA) to swiftly deport alleged Venezuelan gang members as part of his sweeping immigration crackdown.
The Department of Justice (DOJ) said Boasberg has created a “strong appearance that the district judge is engaged in a pattern of retaliation and harassment, and has developed too strong a bias to preside over this matter impartially.”
Boasberg had recently ordered testimony from a former DOJ employee, Erez Reuveni, who has since made a whistleblower disclosure about the failure to halt flights that took more than 100 Venezuelan men to be imprisoned in El Salvador.
The testimony will inform Boasberg as he considers referring Trump administration officials for criminal contempt after finding his March order to turn around deportation flights being carried out under the AEA was violated.

Documents previously provided by Reuveni show frantic emails from Reuveni the night of March 15 as the American Civil Liberties Union sought a court order to block suspected flights.
His materials also suggest Ensign may have lied to Boasberg about the pending flights.
“He knows they are being removed,” Reuveni said of Ensign, specifying that he knows “about the flights.”
In a filing last month, the Justice Department said Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem directed the flights to continue.
A sworn declaration from Ensign doesn’t address whether he was aware of the pending flights but says he relayed Boasberg’s order to the relevant parties, including the DHS.
“After the hearing concluded, I summarized for DHS senior staff what this Court had stated on the record at the hearing. I also promptly informed DOJ senior staff of the same,” Ensign wrote, adding that he otherwise did not provide legal advice on the matter.
