I know very little about Kurt, but I can immediately tell what's wrong with him in the dating scene. He's middle aged, he's bald, he's fat, he's socially awkward. Other than his profession, which is a legitimate plus for him, he doesn't have much going for him in the middle-aged dating scene. It seems weird to call a 40 year old man an incel tho. He seems like he's too old, and he's probably had sex or at least some amount of intimacy with a woman at some point in his life.

I think there are very few "true incels" (male or otherwise) who are mentally or otherwise incapable of actually scoring. It's not that there aren't people out there who would be willing to date them, it's that they're not willing to do the things that would make them attractive to those people.
