He thinks Aaron is behind everything
Nick of course realizes that Aaron was the smartest person in the Qover. Aaron was also the keeper of the Goo and fucked the only two women that has ever let Nick touch them. Imagine an existence where the highest aspiration is coveting the women he cast aside and the brains to exit the qover before the police and felonies arrived.

"I wish I was as smart as Aaron so Keanu wouldn't laugh at me and I could go on shows with people smarter than Coomalot and Xialand. It's so unfair that Aaron is both so smart and understands social cues. Even after eating all his goo, I am still so far behind him. I was so lucky to be cucked by him and he didn't want my coke whores."

For years it was universally accepted that Kurt is an incel, but the second Nick calls him one, everyone has to change their mind.
Nick decides what you think.
That's pretty pathetic.
Is anyone here really trying to argue that Kurt isn't a weird incel autist? I'm not seeing anyone become staunch pro-Kurt advocates because of this recent slapfight.

Yeah, everyone who argues with me.
Nick called him an incel, and so everyone who thinks he is an incel is automatically a Nick defender. This applies to you too now. You're probably Nick posting under an alt account according to them.

It's 50/50 to me if Nick knows that Aaron isn't behind everything and is just playing into "Aaron bad" or if he's really this paranoid

Its the "Aaron SWATed the house" play from Kayla's Motion to Dismiss, statements that are ridiculous to anyone with a brain.

The issue is that Kurt didn't call April a whore because she is a whore, but because Kurt is a seething incel.
You are the only one making this an issue. No one cares why he went off on them, it was funny and made Nick seethe.
I think perhaps YOU are the one being mind controlled by Nick if you wana know the truth about it.

@World in Scarlet is right. Kurt is by definition is an involuntary celibate as far as all evidence points to as in we have never gotten any indication that Kurt is having any sort of casual relationship while he openly professes he cant get a serious one. I don't think Kurt fits neatly into the public conception of an incel but really it seems a bit petty. I didn't get jealousy or rage vibes from his whores segment on initial impressions but I wasn't reading into it much on this I don't think World in Scarlet has it correct and it seems to be the main point of contention. How much does it really matter though?

Kurt is one of the few people in his type of situation who actively tries to better himself which is endearing, but a spade is a spade.

If Kurt only had the sense to have a trust fund before he graduated college he could have been a one girlfriend virgin before being married for his beta bux like Rackets did.
INCEL Kurt can never compete with SEX GOD Rackets whose dick definitely works and definitely does not regret getting locked down by a slat before he figured out whores like trust fund money.

Nate just said he left Runkle's charity stream chat after Kurt left when Nick joined. Yep, he 100% called him that next morning. Definitely not a lie from Nick.

ETA: Well, I'm wrong. Nate just said that Nick called him and prayed with him.

I think there’s a really important distinction that gets lost in these conversations: the difference between a socially awkward, autistic dork with no sex appeal and a genuinely incel misogynist. Keeping that line clear actually helps make sense of what’s going on with Kurt.

When people call someone an “incel,” they often mash those two categories together. But they’re not the same thing. One is self-criticising, the other is truly hateful towards women.

Kurt (and others like him) clearly struggle with feeling unattractive and unwanted. There’s an obvious despair there: the sense that no matter what they do, they’re not the guy women pick. But the key thing is where that frustration is pointed.
From what I’ve seen, Kurt’s frustration is mostly turned inward. He openly talks about his own failings and shortcomings. He knows the problem is (at least partly) self-generated: his habits, his mindset, his presentation. That’s led to isolation, loneliness, depression, emotional outbursts, medical intervention, and then attempts to fix things, therapy, meds, a self-help gym routine, etcetera.

You can criticise how effective or coherent that all is, but the direction is still inward. I’d call that insular frustration more than misogyny: it’s self-critique, self-loathing, self-disgust. He’s not painting all women as villains; he’s painting himself as defective. That doesn’t suddenly make it healthy or good, but it’s very different to the Incel Misogynist.

An Incel Misogynist isn’t just unhappy with their own situation; they actively hate women. Not just one woman they had a bad experience with, not just a specific person who wronged them, but women as a class.
That’s qualitatively different from “I feel broken and unattractive and I hate myself for it.” One is self-directed, the other is outwardly directed at women as a group. From what I’ve seen, Kurt doesn’t fit that second category. I haven’t seen him talk about “women” in general with that blanket hatred. His comments that get clipped and circulated are usually about specific people in a specific situation, not “females” as some monolithic enemy class.

This is where people get tangled. Kurt’s comments about Kayla and April weren’t delivered into a vacuum; they were part of a wider critique of the whole polycule mess. He was talking about specific women, in a specific social ecosystem, doing specific things in public. He was criticising their behaviour in a very particular context, dysfunctional relationships, weird poly dynamics, and the way they handled all of that around their audience. That’s a far cry from “I hate women.” You can find that rude, petty, obsessive, or unhinged. Fair enough. But that still doesn’t make it an attack on women as a gender.

tl;dr
kurt is a lonely nerd mocking two coke-skanks, not The Supreme Gentleman

Weird how this "raging incel" is easily invited into multi-panel shows, while Nick has to stream alone, again.

That you're basing your view of Kurt on pity for him and instinctive rejection of everything Nick says, and that you can't read social cues.
You do realize you sound like Nick here, no?

There has been a few absolutely ridiculous opinions expressed in this thread in the past few days. We've gone from "Nick can redeem himself and become a great feminist champion who can destroy Andrew Wilson," to "Kurt only said what he did because he's an incel, and he was wrong to speak on the subject, and if you don't see that you just hate Nick too much."

I have been ignoring it for the most part, so as not to crap up the thread, but is there some pathogen in the thread's water supply we should know about? Should we start boiling it before drinking?

Is anyone here really trying to argue that Kurt isn't a weird incel autist? I'm not seeing anyone become staunch pro-Kurt advocates because of this recent slapfight.
I know people in this thread who don't even much care for Kurt, but still concede he's right about Nick and his polycule, and that what Nick is doing to Kurt is absolutely deranged.

Damn i tuned in to a clip where Nate said he got special code only for choosen people to ask about him, becasue so many people were calling the hospital, and Kurt had it, Nick can seeth, use his mindcontroling powers on few farmers to baldoguard, but Kurt and Nate are friends and Nick is a faggot who's not even included in "i survived the opaeration and im back" stream .

The issue is that Kurt didn't call April a whore because she is a whore, but because Kurt is a seething incel.
April is a whore and Kurt is a scrub who can't get no love. These do not have to be mutually exclusive and Kurt has every right to piss off Nick by calling a spade a spade after the mean spirited and ineffectual attacks on Kurt's character.

I honestly assume anyone who says incel and wants to debate what an incel is, is clearly a woman. I can go down to my local bar and hear a dozen dudes talk about how hard it is to reenter the dating market after being married for years and their frustrations about it. From what little I know from Kurt is he is an older guy with regrets and isn’t some 6 pack chad ladies fawn over. Dating as a guy is very different from dating as a girl, might as well call every girl who had a bad date a femcel.
