One reliable thing that we've seen in the culture war is the left will have some "alpha left" types, the Rose City Antifa leaders or Green Hat NLG or what have you, think up some nefarious subversive fucking tactic that works amazingly well, comes out of left (heh) field and disrupts everything, that the right (thanks in no small part to subversion) doesn't have any way to react to. And then they overplay their hand. Every single fucking time. This usually happens with the less intelligent ones, the foot soldiers who have been told what to do but have no idea why, who see something as an iWin button and just keep hammering it until the housing breaks, go on and just keep doing something until even the right responds.
For the lynch mobs it was even more fun. You only get credit for being more virtuous than your peers. The left screams this out as something like "you don't get a trophy for being a fuckin' good person" when the right tries to point out that they've caputulated and are doing what the left demanded the right do LAST week. So if you DO get ahead of the mob, you'll get attention and asspats... and then the mob will step forward to meet you by copying what you did. When his is negative, it's a "Purity Spiral," when it's positive like this it's a "Virtue Spiral."

The dems screaming "don't obey illegal orders" has the unspoken rider of "every order Trump gives that would be bad for the Uniparty will be declared illegal" which is the left giving their remaining and dwindling deep state swamp creatures the ok to openly perform sedition, with the understanding that the judges and lawfare tacticians will either make it effectively impossible for Trump to deal with them or waste Trump's very limited time on yet another jewish female judge being a kike.
