That's what that line is for - Solo was on Rose's account "impersonating" her when he reached out to Destiny right before all the leaks happened. So this motion is saying the screenshots were from Solo, the ex BF, who was in the UK, therefore the date is in Euro format and thus the video was shared in April 22 not October 22.

Conveniently, the PR focused law firm wrote their line to imply that Destiny was NEVER talking to Rose, and was always talking to Solo, even though that's not actually what the motion says. It's based on my recollection of one of the early Destiny clips regarding the leaks. He talked about Rose (might have not used a name) and gave a little backstory. Said they went dark and popped back up years later, but they typed/spoke differently - Destiny could tell it was a different person. This was his explanation for concluding that Rose had gotten hacked and that's how the videos got out.

I'll see if I can hunt down the clip.

None of the twitter pictures had a clear view of her face. Almost all of them had her face cropped out. The only clear picture of her face is the one he shared in DGG to taunt KF. I think his paranoia with some things is reasonable though. For one thing, people do show up and stalk celebrities. He probably has had experiences where people physically follow him around. There’s no world where Destiny manages to be introspective enough to realize his son’s actions and beliefs are a cry for help and it’s his duty as a father to close the gap and help his son.
