So I guess we know what the supposed bombshell was. Rose was supposedly Solo, at least according to the "non-party deponent" who we also know as Attali.
Remember, most of the critique of Destiny's actions in this case is based on the information and knowledge he had at the time, or ought to have. The fact that someone else typed the messages giving him relationship advice regarding Lauren Southern does not change that.
This changes nothing about his lackluster verification regarding Rose's age. This doesn't change that Rose said she had braces, or wasn't allowed to travel by her parents. It doesn't change the fact that he thought Rose looked young and didn't bother to see an ID.
Let's go through Destiny's misdeeds:

So either he asked the pimp/trafficker of a underage person to procure specific types of sexual material of a minor, or he asked someone he should have known was a minor to create such material. Not great either way!

Technically, I guess he solicited someone pretending to be a person he should have reasonably expected to be a minor, for sex.
Legally speaking, neither federal or state statues preclude a case where someone was impersonating a minor. Just like before, the question is about Destiny's intent and belief, and whether he was willfully blind to the fact that the depicted person was underage.

They're basically crying that Jesus isn't a real digital forensics expert because Destiny can't preserve and produce logs properly, and Jesus isn't intimately familiar with how DCE-frontend displays messages sent within a specific timeframe.
I am pretty sure Destiny's lawyers are not allowed to assert this without any sort of evidence or verification.
