I have never been happier to live in a blue state. The governor has announced they will do the best they can to make up the SNAP shortfall during the shutdown (although I think i's part of Trump's nefarious plan to keep the cuts after the government reopens), and we have a state-sponsored healthcare option that pre-dates Obamacare. There are going to be a lot of MAGA states that are REALLY going to suffer, though.
