Disaster "I hate him": Mohamed raped Meya, 16 – avoids deportation - Mohamed is now sentenced to prison but will not be deported because the rape did not last long enough

Meya Åberg, then 16, was attacked and raped by Mohamed on her way home from work in Skellefteå. On her first day back at school, she saw the perpetrator, who is now sentenced to prison but will not be expelled because the rape did not last long enough. An SD jury member wanted to expel her – but was overruled by the other judges. I want to say that I hate him and that he has destroyed me, Meya tells Norran.

The assault occurred on Sunday, September 1, 2024, when Meya missed the bus and walked through an underpass after finishing his shift at McDonalds.

An African man took her phone, grabbed her and followed her into the tunnel. There he raped her before she managed to break free and escape.

– I was completely devastated, Meya tells Norran.

Meya and her family immediately reported the incident to the police. After the rape, Meya was home from school for a few days. But on the first day she returned, she saw the African, whose name is Yazied Mohamed and comes from Eritrea, standing at the pool table in the school cafeteria.

– I had a panic attack, ran away and locked myself in a toilet, Meya tells Norran.

After that, she continued to see Mohamed several times in town, at work and at school. This led to her deciding to simply stop going to school.

The then 18-year-old man was arrested but acquitted in the district court due to lack of evidence. After the prosecutor appealed the verdict, the Court of Appeal made a different assessment and sentenced Yazied Mohamed to three years in prison for rape. He must also pay 240,000 kronor in damages to Meya Åberg.

Yazied Mohamed is a citizen of Eritrea and the prosecutor requested that he be deported. However, the Court of Appeal notes that the 19-year-old has refugee status. In order to deport him, the law therefore requires that the act he has committed "constitutes a particularly serious crime and that allowing him to remain in Sweden would pose a serious threat to public order and security."

The rape of 16-year-old Meya is not a sufficiently serious crime to justify deportation, the Court of Appeal rules, which refers, among other things, to the "duration" of the rape in its assessment.

"Rape is therefore in many cases to be considered as such an extremely serious crime that can result in a refugee being deported, but an assessment of all the circumstances in the individual case must be made. Taking into account the nature and duration of the act in question, the Court of Appeal finds that the crime is indeed serious, but that it was not such an extremely serious crime that could lead to a decision to deport Yazied Mohamed. The deportation request must therefore be rejected," the Court of Appeal for Upper Norrland writes in its judgment.

Judge Sammy Lie (SD) disagreed and wanted to expel Mohamed.

"Unlike the majority, I believe that the crime is a particularly serious crime and that it would pose a serious danger to public order and security to allow Yazied Mohamed to remain in Sweden. Yazied Mohamed's connection to Sweden is not such that he should not be expelled. I therefore believe that Yazied Mohamed should be expelled from the country and prohibited from returning here," writes Lie in a dissenting opinion.

The judges who did not want to expel Mohamed were the Court of Appeal Councillors Lars Viktorsson and Elida Sundkvist, the acting Court of Appeal Assessor Hanna Hamrén (referent) and the lay judge Lena Berggren.

Meya has undergone trauma treatment and received support from friends and family. She hopes her story will inspire others to come forward.

So the brownie gets slap on the wrist because he nutted fast.

If I said to a swede, Hi bootiful you is pretty jacket, want to get coffee? in my best Indian accent, I would be hanged in the next nanosecond.

What would be the fucking point if their courts just turn the rapist shitskins loose like this?

Meanwhile, we have A&N posters who will never do anything (about anything). Sad, very sad. Maybe someone else will do something, and something will ever happen.
I'm not going to prison for life on the behalf of some swedish woman I don't know. But if it was my daughter being told her violent rape wasn't "long enough"...well, it's best I don't elaborate.

She probably likes to go on about the male gaze. I have no idea how that type constantly goes the other way when there is actual rape culture being established.
Intersectionality. It's why feminists must shoe horn everything to be about women, but also put issues that are higher on the progressive stack above their own. Hence why feminists are pro tranny and muslim rape, and fags are pro palestine.

No. This keeps happening because Europeans were used to the government taking care of scum like this for hundreds of years, and the state refuses to do its job.
The answer is not vigilantism, it is replacing the government.
If the government refuses to do its job, voting won't fix it. Street justice is the way. Also helps show how bad things have gotten to normies who somehow don't see it yet when those who actually would punish criminals are treated so much worse than those who commit the crimes.

Yep. If they just vote hard enough, this will go away!Surely there is no uniparty in the EU states. VOTE HARDER!!!
I'm sure they'll simply vote their way out of this any time now, and when they do, their government will respect that vote like they always do. It's just that easy!
Exactly!
He nutted too quick for it to count as rape. Lol.
What a fucking crazy thing to read.

Just a little soupçon of rape. Barely a trifle, right, is that right lars, elida, hanna and Lena?
The following people need their names speed far and wide and to face public questioning in how long it’s ok for a CHILD to be raped for

My blood boils.

again coddle the worthless brown piece of shit. This constant struggle session/humiliation ritual for western people has to stop. Everyone involved with this decision should receive the justice of the people and everything that entails.

That sets a precedent. So if all browns in Sweden manage to rape quickly, they get to stay there?

Truly the cuckiest country in Europe, even more than the YooKay.

He should be deported out of a cannon directly into the sun. Shit like this happens because judges know they are untouchable.

He should be taken up to Kiruna in the height of summer, stripped, covered in jam and left staked out for the mosquitoes. Meya should be given a sharp stick and licence to use it, and a bear.
As for the judges - their neighbours need to start shunning them. The fellow parents at the school gates should meet them with looks of horror, and stop their children from playing with theirs. They should be regarded with horror and shame, and people should ostracise them. There should be pointing and whispering.
That’s far more lenient than what SHOULD happen, but the class of people who are judges are completely insulated from the consequences of their actions, and so it’s all we have
