UK Lostprophets singer Ian Watkins dies in prison attack

Lostprophets singer Ian Watkins has died after being attacked in jail, prison sources have confirmed.

The disgraced rock star from Pontypridd was serving a 29-year sentence at HMP Wakefield for child sex offences.

West Yorkshire Police said they were called to the prison on Saturday morning to an assault on a prisoner, who was pronounced dead at the scene.

Watkins was jailed in December 2013 for a string of child sex offences, including the attempted rape of a baby.

He also had his throat slashed a year or two ago and ended up in the ICU. I think he had been attacked a couple of times before that too. UK prisons are severely understaffed and under equipped to deal with the influx of radicals and scumbags that have flooded the prisons over the past decade. The staff they do have are usually fresh out of college soyboys or 5ft tall women who couldn't rein in a puppy throwing a tantrum. I mean, when the female screws aren't making sex tapes with niggers in the cells they are getting manhandled by some emaciated smackhead. The reason i mention this is because the prison service is going to have some egg on their face after this, and if this guy had any family still on his side after the truly horrendous things he did, then there might be a big court case over this.
 
Can't say he didn't have it coming, didn't he try and have sex with a baby that wasn't even 1 years old? I still like the song "Rooftops" despite what he did, though I ought to see if someone's done a good cover of it so I'm not listening to some nonce's voice.

“Separate art and artist” is really hard when the guy singing is a die hard pedo/infantiphile with no remorse.

If Benoit had lived a life free from steroids and concussions, he'd have been a worse wrestler but he might not have murdered his family.
Baby cum did not make Watkins sing better, so it is more seperate from his work.

Lost Prophets are one of those UK groups non-UK people only pretend they know about because of a scandal or one song that was a hit before the production company ran out of overseas payola.
Like how Oasis and Robbie Williams are one-hit wonders in the real world. Or Amy Winehouse, who, surprisingly, was not the singer from Evanescence!
