Most of the "bad" side effects from Ozempic/Tirzepatide are either a direct result of patient comorbidities or a failure of the patient to titrate the dosage up gradually. You can't expect Medicaid patients (covered in many states) to be smart enough to understand that more fat shot is not necessarily better than less.

I do not for the life of me understand how people can be so lazy they won't even do a little bit of exercise. I'm not super athletic and was overweight but shed 20lbs and got to a good BMI in half a year with just basic bitch exercise and not even a gym membership.
