The bottom line is you are sperging out because you have no argument. He basically stopped the show to make that statement like it was a FACT.
If he would have actually made a joke it would have went something like this:
"So the police have said that the shooter is living with his lover, a man who is a self-proclaimed furry and is in the process of transitioning to a woman. Apparently they are both members of antifa. So in other words: they were 100% MAGA"

We all heard what he said and it was painfully obvious that he was using misdirection and deceit. Disney doesn't want to deal with any more headaches. They aren’t going to be able to prove it was knowing. The phrasing was ambiguous and didn’t directly claim the shooter was maga. It was part of a comedy routine not a news program. There is no documented direct harm. It’s going to be an uphill battle to punish them.
In addition, Carr’s issue is regardless of if the FCC has a case he actually has to go through the process not just announce threats. That hasn’t happened yet.

You and I both know it was a statement of fact not part of a comedy routine. And the phrasing was NOT ambiguous, if it were we wouldn't be where we are at currently.
They should at least look into it and make a ruling. That way they can at least set the precedent about whether or not you can play the "It's just a JOKE, bro" card every time you want to push bullshit and fake propaganda as fact on TV.

All this talk of whether the FCC should take him off, whether he crossed the line or not is rather pointless.
The reality is simple, he should be stripped of his podium simply because he's an enemy, we are in a literal War, and its fought with ideals, propaganda and money.
Kimmel is a knowing and full-throated (in more ways than one) Left Wing propagandist, he should be silenced simply for that, it justifies itself.
You can fight some weird "noble Samurai/Knight" battle and cite the constitution on why you and yours have to be essentially gutted and ruined and your hands are tied by the law or any other document, I will not.

I wonder how much they stuck to private chat servers like discord, telegram and the like. Those are not scanned, archived, indexed, and presented for public search like anything web-based is. If a cabal of gay men conspired to put chemicals in the water to turn Alex Jones into a frog, and all discussion of that stayed in a Discord server, we might not ever find it, unless someone posted a leak to the web somewhere. Whereas if the same conspiracy were organized on some open web forum for gay men, we'd probably find it in less than less than an hour after the news broke that Alex Jones had turned into a frog.

Well, this Jimmy Kimmel cancelation was a total letdown. I hate doing this, but if the roles were reversed, he would be 100% shitcanned regardless of what contract he had, and we all know it; we can't even cancel people properly. I am supposed to think that more people going to church is a victory, but what worth is that when the church preaches for everyone to be sedated cattle, that never retaliate or stand up for themselves, and to just ignore all of the parts of the Bible that tells them otherwise? That is not the Great American Revival that we need. Americans need to be galvanized into meaningful action, not sitting in pews being told to forgive demons that want to murder them in front of their families.
As for Antifa being designated a terrorist organization, that is good and about 5 years minimum too little, too late, but my pattern recognition tells me it is theater. I will buy it when I see some of them getting tossed into solitary confinement for five years without charges like J6ers.

To the people who will inevitably get mad at me for not thinking that Kirk's death is the Turning Point (in the USA), call me when something definitive actually happens, and I will change my tune, as I have been saying for a while. Until then? I view the memorial and everything else around this as more theater meant to keep the American right pacified and compliant so that we never do anything. It's theater to entertain an audience. The fact that we are two weeks in and absolutely fucking nothing has happened tells me that this is going to be a big letdown just like everything else. I want something to be done. I didn't vote Republican for them to waste years trying to do something, I voted for results. I will stop dooming and blackpilling or whatever else once my pattern recognition stops being consistently proven right. And don't give me that garbage about "things take time"; things never take time when they are the ones in power. Monday you will complain about your kid being groomed to be a faggot in the government mandated public schooling, and Tuesday you are getting investigated as a domestic terrorist. I expect Trump's admin to make things happen like their enemies make things happen, not to worry about a bunch of retarded rules that everyone else ignores so they can excuse their predictable failures.

Even if you knew who I was, all you would find of me is a 12 year untouched facebook account with zero pictures of me, there literally isn't a single digital picture of me in existence beyond 3 done by someone else at a card game event.
I imagine many people, even ones who use the internet all the time, are like that, they exist solely in video games and chat logs with friends, and nothing else.
