I’m questioning the prosecutors. They let the old dude go. He had days to destroy evidence. Only to re-arrest him today. They had enough to at least hold him until they could collect further information. Especially with the guys previous priors and LEO interactions. I don’t know who’s to blame with the premature initial release.

I know right-wing political professionals who personally know Fuentes, and they don't like him or watch him.

Yeah. John Brown killed property owners because he saw the owners damaging their property. Antifa kills property owners because they won't let antifa damage their property. Similar conclusion but much different ideology and logic.
