As fun and exciting as it is to LARP here with graphic descriptions of a military scale operation against a horde of leftist Tranny faggots on Discord, and as engaging as it is for the current Administration's fringe members to froth at the mouth about doing just that, the reality of that is impossible with going into ACTUAL fascist shit undeniably. You're literally talking about arresting people for talking shit about the government at that point and it's hilarious that some of the same people who demand good ol america values and freedoms advocate for that.

You only can begin this by basically giving the Government free reign to spy on citizens, even more so than it already does. And then, you give the government a pass to begin hauling people into jail for mean things posted online like we're fucking the UK or something.

Yeah, you might bust up a couple circles of whacko blue hairs in the process, but when you start hauling people to jail or putting them against the wall because "You posted a meme showing Donald Trump getting pegged by a Transexual man while the Transexual man's speech bubble said "Death to America and the Transphobic fascists"", Suddenly people won't be so off base when they compare the Trump administration to the actual Gestapo. It's the urban warfare of ideology. You're fighting against people who blend in with the regular citizenry online and you just have to start shooting everyone you don't recognize.
Agreed, the government should only go after those that are making direct calls to violence and the collaborators and perpetrators of violence.
The grave dancers, degenerates, and psychotic are for the private sector to sort out. When they boast of their hate and malice, find it, record it, and then let everyone that knows them see their true face of evil. You don't need McCarthy and the government to act out a private sector purge in the modern era.

Apparently Luigi’s terrosims charges got dropped and leftists celebrated it but the murder charges still stand, so they are literally celebrating for nothing.
They aren't celebrating for nothing. They're celebrating that they are in control of the country. Their guy got a kill and now he's facing even fewer consequences for it. Meanwhile on the right, people are desperate for their guys to do something, but they just babble about hate speech and office depot. That's because rightoids have no power even when they win all elections.

If the rule of democracy lead you to this, what point was the rule?

This is weirdly familiar to me. He reminds me of our very own Julius Malema. People like this, who farm white outrage for clout on the left have the same rhetorical strategy in every country
I actually didn't say that, but the thing you are saying I said is correct! (I didn't celebrate his death but I did call him a piece of shit)
This is how normal people come to learn what 'hate speech' laws really are. Most of you have already figured it out. Its a form of psychological domination over the group/groups that the state is afraid of. The idea is to communicate "You aren't even allowed to speak your mind without getting your knees smashed. Don't even think about acting on your opinions". Its a suppression tool in other words. Its also the ultimate expression of state sovereignty over citizens in the context of liberal democracy. In other words its a subtle way for the state to communicate to the people "the people are not in charge of the state, the state is in charge of the people". But I will get to this later. The idea that the law applies equally to people that the state is not actively trying to suppress is ludicrous to most judicial systems. Remember, in most legal systems the legal tests for hate speech are almost entirely 'context dependent'. This means that its up to the judge and the political class to assess which contexts constitute 'hate'.

In 1922 Carl Schmitt penned his famous definition of sovereignty.
Sovereign is he who decides on the exception
For context, Schmitt did not believe that law was self-enforcing. He believed that it was subordinate to political decision makers. A lot of his Jurisprudence stems from this notion. In other words this is a direct refutation of the idea of a "nation of laws, not men". So in this context, Carl Schmitt means to say that a sovereign of a state is the one who decides when a situation is so exceptional that it warrants the suspension of legal norms, temporarily or otherwise, to solve the crisis.
In liberal democracies, free speech is the norm; hate speech bans are the exception. Who decides what the exception is? Bingo. The state and the judges. In this you can see sort of a dialectic and a contest between the government of the UK and the people of the UK for who gets to decide on the state of exception.
The British People: "Immigration is out of control. The behaviour of the immigrants is damaging cohesion. We need to do something about this. This crisis is the exception"

The British Government: "Actually, this island needs immigration and it will not stop. Therefore YOUR views are problematic and dangerous to social cohesion. Your attitude is the exception that justifies that suspension of free speech
Some black guy who hates Charlie Kirk and offends the sensibility of the natives is not what the UK government considers exceptional. And the UK government is clearly, according to Schmitt, the ultimate sovereignty in the UK. The people have lost. Schmitt, I have to tell you, was an ardent defender of authoritarianism. He is the greatest pro authoritarian jurist. The fact that a democratic government, unknowingly I would imagine, has come to embody his principles is rather concerning.

I don't want to ramble on about this for much longer so I will just make one more observation. Just some food for thought. I believe that once you embody Schmitt's idea of sovereignty, once you believe that it is the natural right of the state to pick sides in society at the expense of majority opinion, Schmitt's next idea is not far behind. I am talking about Schmitt's definition of the political.
"In The Concept of the Political, Schmitt defined “the political” as the tendency of human collectivities to identify each other as “enemies”—that is, as concrete embodiments of “different and alien” ways of life, with whom mortal combat is a constant possibility and frequent reality."
"At its essence, "the political" is grounded in the fundamental opposition between friend and enemy. For Schmitt, the enemy here is not necessarily a private adversary or even one who is morally wicked, but one whose interests "existentially negate" those of one's own group. This conflict, he asserts, is an irreducible feature of political life
Now, I believe that this is a natural outcome in society. I think Schmitt was right. But what is utterly horrifying is the fact that the British State itself has come to the conclusion that the political class is 'friend' and the British majority is 'enemy' from which "whom mortal combat is a constant possibility and frequent reality.'

he not bannned its bait .(he was already banned)
thanks for the notice. i've updated my post with the clip that he says got him banned. complaining about trannies in 2022 and then pretending to get banned because of an admin that's going after a tranny chaser in 2025? he seems like a schizo

I think it's pointless for talking heads to latch on to Luigi and act like it's comparable to Tyler. The truth is, when the CEO of United Health Care was killed, people from every political party cheered. I remember Matt Walsh and other Conservative commentators being upset that their own audience was happy about it. Most people, regardless of your political beliefs, has been denied or knows someone who has by UHC, meaning they or someone they know has been harmed by them. The soulless CEO of a corrupt company that would never face any legal repercussions for his actions getting killed is not going to gain the same sympathy as Charlie Kirk, who did nothing but debate people and challenge their thinking.
Getting loud and bitching works. I still don't like her.

Are you retarded? There's a clear difference between saying, "Donald Trump is a Cheeto colored moron who is controlled by his funny little wig" and saying, "Donald Trump needs to be shot in real life, not Minecraft." The former is mean free speech; the latter is a terroristic threat that needs to be investigated and punished.
Criticism is: Quoting Charlie Kirk's most ironic statements about gun violence or racism to make a point about how little you care he's been shot dead.
Expressing dislike is: "Charlie Kirk was a racist, sexist hate-spreading bigot who created a culture of hatred and division. I am not sorry that he's dead."

Normal people have gotten fired for the above ONLY after conservatives got their panties in a bunch over the fact that they can't force people to like or mourn Charlie in the proper Fox News/State-sanctioned way.

Hate Speech is: "Troons are misogynistic pedophile rapists who should 41% themselves before they groom another child" or, "White people are a bunch of cousin-fucking redneck welfare leeches who ought to be put down by lethal injection before they completely drain social security." (Brian Kilmeade, Fox News)

KF has been deplatformed from a billion services for speaking ill of troons, but that type of speech is still protected under the first amendment, and there is no legal recourse against this site for speaking ill of trannies (no matter how much Liz Fong Jones wishes there was).

Terroristic Threats are: "I am GOING to DO [specific violent action] to [specific person or place]"
People have gotten arrested for making threats before and after Charlie Kirk's death.

You've been on this site for 7 years, you should fucking know this by now. No one got banned for saying Keffals should hang himself or for calling him a pedophile rapist groomer, fedposters DID get banned for saying they were going to DO something to someone.

It's nostalgic looking back at last week when we still referred to people who narked to payment processors as Randals. All of a sudden, a conservative grifter gets one through the neck and now the concept of free speech doesn't matter, the Vice President is now telling you to Randal on anyone in your facebook friendslist who dares speak out of line about Charlie Kirk.

In politics only a fool is consistent with his professed morals in a situation where their opponents would happily use them against them. When there is a fundamental disagreement on free speech, and your opponents are happy to beat you with the hate speech club you are justified in doing the same thing to them until both sides come to a mutual understanding of what morals should be in a free society. The fact that conservatives are so successful in using the liberal game against the liberals is proof that the conservatives LOST on free speech. So why die on this hill? When liberals are ready to admit free speech is a sacred aspect of a free society then this has to stop.
A pacifist threatened by a man with a gun can only remain alive if he himself grabs a gun and shoots back. Unless the armed gunman agrees that the problem can be solved without bullets, he has to defend himself.
