You don't know my political leaning, but I think every wrong asshole in the US deserves to say whatever the fuck they want. That is in your constitution and it doesn't matter who you are or what you believe. You can disagree on if trans kids exist and if aborties are sporty but you should all agree that we have the right to say it.

Now, comparing forced covid vaccine with people celebrating the death of Charlie Kirk isn't all that disimiliar even though it's apples to oranges. ex leftist here: it’s because engaging with “the enemy’s” media is seen as tantamount to betrayal and a deep moral failing. anyone who naively tries to engage with both sides or read multiple perspectives or talk about stories that are supposed to be ignored is quickly outcast in a lot of these circles. it’s an indirect admission of the flaws in the ideology because if your beliefs were actually solid you wouldn’t be afraid that engaging in any outside perspectives would “corrupt and brainwash you into believing the opposite”.
