The depressing reality is this, Destiny got away with it. He got away with soliciting copious amounts of CSAM from an underage girl. He got away with sending revenge porn to a minor. He got away with trying to fly out a minor for sex. He got away with sending CSAM to a discord server with ten other people.
If we are being honest with ourselves, how this all unfolded was the best possible outcome for him. No one cut ties, there was no media attention, and he managed to sweep it under the rug without consequence in a matter of DAYS.
The biggest media coverage this got was a couple of posts on the pro-Destiny LSF reddit page. None of the big political twitter accounts even touched it.
Not even a Youtube video by Philip DeFranco? He sure made quite a number of videos on Dr. Disrespect.
This was as good of an outcome for him as there could be.
People here are confident he will never go on any large show or podcast again because of the recent revelations.
You are way too confident. If no one knows what he did, why wouldn't they not have him on? You really think if Lex Fridman doesn't even know the shit he did with a minor that he won't have him on again?
Not even a week after Rose being underage was revealed, he was talking to Taylor Lorenz, the writer of the most widely talked about piece of journalism for that month. Did she know? Well we'll never know because all of these people have plausible deniability because it got zero media traction.
Oh and when I say zero I literally mean zero. Not even a local news report covered it.
We all thought the Pxie shit would take him down. It didn't even leave a dent.
The Chaeiry audio? Not a dent.
CSAM? Barely a dent.
I reiterate, he will be just fine unless something changes.
This isn't even talking about the legal consequences he's escaping. I agree with
@Potentially Criminal that he better not hope this story gets on Pam Bondi's desk.
But why would it? Are any Bondi staffers reading LSF threads? You need media noise for them to actually do something.
I say all this to say, I don't know who in this thread is up for it, but if you want him to face real consequences, then we're going to have to get the story out somehow.
I don't know if anyone has any good ideas, but I think the first thing is to create some sort of website or document with all the receipts. Basically our own little journalistic piece. I don't think KF is the place to host it though just because of the reputation. There should be however a simple way for anyone in this thread to link the story to anyone they want to send it to, like news organizations.
I'm not sure what the next step is. If it's the media route, perhaps its having people cold emailing news organizations with throw away emails. If it's the legal route, perhaps its contacting the office for the new attorney for the Southern District of Florida and giving them a tip.
Republican Jason Quiones was just sworn in on August 13th by Trump. It'd be a shame if he knew about the Rose situation. I'm sure he would love to make a name for himself by prosecuting a prominent pro-Democrat commentator.
If getting the DA to pay attention is too difficult, there are other options. Anyone who works with the DOJ, anyone who is close to the DOJ, anyone who works for Florida's AG, the Illinois AG, and even online conservative commentators who are close with the administration should be considered.
Wasn't one of the Trump sons close with Charlie Kirk? It'd be shame if they found out the shit Destiny said about Charlie after he got murdered. It would be a greater shame if they told Pam Bondi about it.
@ them on twitter, DM them, just try and get the word out.
Look at this cocky motherfucker taunting the two people who can put him away:
I'm pretty sure he tweeted this at them a couple days after the Rose shit was revealed.
I don't have all the ideas, so I want the thread to chime in and we can think about this together. I'm just telling you, he will get away with it unless the authorities or media know what he did.
The one good thing is this, he got caught when Trump was in office. If there's a DOJ that's going to go after him, it's this one. They just need to know it happened.
