After the judge granted their motions to file under seal the other day they began re-submitting the previous motions from those requests unredacted and under seal- so you will probably see a number of these in the next couple of days just as those previous motions get put back in. From my understanding at least it's nothing new.

Also my intuition is that shooter used something like a .30 caliber hunting rifle(.308, .3006, .270, maybe even 6.5 creedmoor ), and at that range with that type of rifle that shot is trivial. You put the crosshairs where you want the bullet to go and it goes exactly there. If you zero your rifle at 100 yards there is like at most a 3 inch drop at that range(and that is assuming the shooter is at the same elevation as the target). Shots taken from elevated positions are considerably easier to make. There are easily 150 million people in this country that could make that shot(probably way more).
