I actually agree with the OPs sentiment, and have a good and unique idea I've never really seen any site integrate that can easily solve this problem.

While the like button is quite nice, it's rather flawed as a system. To properly encourage good posts, we could create a feature that tracks scores based on users input, they can choose to add +1 or -1 to a post, marking toxic irrelevant posts as negative. Perhaps including them in the form of up and down arrows at the right side of a post.

Then we can sort the thread by the highest scored posts, while hiding the most negative posts at the bottom.

Doing this would most certainly solve the toxicity problem, and make sure threads stayed on topic with relevant and positive content, but I'm not sure what I'd call the name of this feature... any suggestions are welcomed

You could call it karma and make it so that as negative karma builds up, sections of the forum become inaccessible. Perhaps people with very low karma should have their posts quietly suppressed so they don't just make new accounts the moment they realize they're not welcome anymore? Well, double-posting is against the rules of the forum, so you're making it more likely you're going to be banned.
Several people have also told you to just assimilate more into the forum culture, and by repeatedly breaking one of the forum's rules, you're doing a pretty shitty job at that. I regularly edit my posts whenever I have something new to add to them.
The only instances where I ever double-post is if it's been too long to edit my last post and I have something I really need to add.
But you're just like multi-posting within minutes of each other.
Also, "I'm just choosing to sound retarded" is a terrible defense. You'll go much farther if you admit when you're making a mistake (or just joke back in jest making it light-hearted instead of being offended), rather than making up excuses.
You're acting exactly like the people this site has threads dedicated to. Autism/ADHD/whatever isn't an excuse for that either, because most Farmers are autistic.
