Ok, I've tried listening to your advice and the problem is when I try to edit my previous post it doesn't allow me to reply to you and it instead replies in seperate comment. Do I have any way to fix that? Like I'm dead serious

When I want to edit a post and include a quote in it, I do the following:
Select post I want to quote. Click the "+ Quote" button. Then at the text box at the bottom of the page, I click "Insert Quotes".
Then I copy-paste the quote into the post I'm editing.
Pretty sure there's other ways to do it too, but that's what I do.

Another Kiwifarms tip: Sometimes, posts are such massive walls of text that the "Quote" button is disabled, so in those cases, you can highlight text and there will be a "Quote" button that appears, so you can select specific parts of a post too, instead of the entire thing.
