You can always put a asterisk by her '24 campaign since she was put in a horrible position by the democratic party because of Biden face planting on the debate stage and collapsing.

The stink of failure will be impossible to wash off unless she attacks Jill, Joe and Hunter, plus their retarded aides. Everyone knows Biden was incapacitated during his term and Bidens legacy is shit now. Theres no use in defending him any longer.
She couldn't even answer the softball question from the view about what she'd have done different and basically said 'nothing, everything is great!'. No chance on her trying to take them on now or ever, but would be a funny as hell party civil war.

My understanding was that she's not running for CA gov because she was polling so badly. As the recipient of incredible largess, she delivered absolutely fuck all, and no one likes her besides.
She was only VP because of Biden's push for DEI shit, so it is not shocking she wasn't wanted as a gubernatorial candidate, especially after her hand in destroying San Francisco as DA there.

The very fact that there are 55 million foreigners here legally boils my blood. Those are all jobs that can be given to Americans and you're bringing all of the third world to do them!
Fuck paying people the pay they deserve when we can bring tens of millions of nonwhites to drive down the cost of labor. We should execute all of the traitors who brought them to the country

I'm so fucking tired of being treated like a second class citizen in my own country. These foreigners need to go the fuck back where they belong. I don't give any shit how long they've been here for. Deport every paperwork "American"

And those are just the ones that hold/held Visas, if you count the Illegals, there very well may be 100 million foreigners in America right now, with a decent number of them mere years away from citizenship and a lifetime of voting Democrat.

1/6th of the population being third world niggers and browns is fucking incredible.

No wonder the country is fucking broke. I'd say probably 80% of that 55 million are on federal or state assistance of some kind.
1/3rd, that number doesn't count illegals.

Adam Schiff, the Democratic "leader" of the Senate has just opened a Go Fund Me for his legal costs.

https://thehill.com/homenews/senate/5461370-schiff-trump-legal-defense/

“It’s clear that Donald Trump and his MAGA allies will continue weaponizing the justice process to attack Senator Schiff for holding this corrupt administration accountable,” said Marisol Samayoa, a spokesperson for Schiff, in a statement.

"This fund will ensure he can fight back against these baseless smears while continuing to do his job.”
I fully support libshits wasting their money on Adam Shiff.

Okay... so the population of the United States of America is said to be 340 million.
If 55 million are here legally on visas and there are allegedly 12 million illegals in the US (they've been saying that since 2007, but "official numbers" here), that's 67 million foreigners KNOWN to be living within the borders of the US. That's 19.71% of the 340 million.

OFFICIALLY 20% OF THE RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES ARE FOREIGNERS... I'm disgusted at a foundational level.

(If the 100 million illegals number is correct, that puts the number of foreigners in America at 45.49% of America... and this ignores the obscene number of immigrants who have gotten full citizenship.)

As the amici have pointed out, this inherently selective use of section 63(12) to attack financial disclosures in private commercial transactions between sophisticated parties will discourage investors and businesses from doing business and making investments in New York, and may prompt real estate developers to abandon the New York market.
so if i'm reading all of these documents right, is it correct that:

- the 500 million dollar fee for Trump has been voided (or whatever the legal term is)

- the ruling finding that sophisticated parties, as the document names them, can be liable for following market value instead of appraisal value has NOT been voided

so not only does Trump not have to pay the calvinball fee of a bazillion gazillion dollars, the trial has completely fucked New York's real estate market a la Musk and Delaware? is that right? is that what i'm reading here?

55 million foreigners on the books + 40 million illegals (a lowball estimate, I remember it being 30 million as early as 2015), try 30%.

Yep. Thats essentially correct, but worse. The majority of the appeal court decided that the AG can just put their nose into any business deal and if she can find two mistakes or one mistake entered twice put both companies through the ringer, cost them millions in attorney fees alone and then potentially levy another couple hundred million in penalties. Not even a mistake, just if the AG disagrees with completely subjective evaluations, actually, without needing to present any justification. No showing of intent to defraud or deceive is required, either, its strict liability. Also, the AG can even do this to deals years in the past, beyond the statute of limitations, because fuck you.

No wonder money is leaving New York, right?

We're going to need a pol pot tier leader of our country if we're really going to remove these foreigners out of the country. It's really horrifying how full to the brim this country is with illegals and foreigners that have no business being here.

It's physically impossible to deport over a hundred million of these illegals and foreigners out of the country by the legal deportation methods we use

That is 55 Million on Visas. That doesn't count naturalized citizens. It's higher
