Okay, this will be my last dump of screenshots from this dissent, but let me explain why I feel like it is important to look at, read carefully, and present this to you guys. Even if you're not a legal scholar or particularly interested, these kinds of dissents are really important and valuable for a couple of reasons.
1) They often present a scaffolding or outline for higher level appeal courts to use when they consider the case, and the better and more thorough they are, the more likely it is that the Appeals Court will lift the dissent wholesale. I've seen cases where the higher court basically has their clerk copy a dissent and embellish it a little.
2) They present a well ordered, often easier to read point by point explanation and takedown of the case. Unless you were following things blow by blow and were a trained lawyer it can be tough to sort, and even then, it can be really confusing. A well written dissent like this makes things so clear that even a reasonably intelligent layperson can follow pretty easily.
3) Its a marvelous expose on the corruption and bias of the lower court, as well as the other appeal judges. It clarifies the extent to which decisions are being made out of animus, and not from a neutral position. It puts in one place, from an 'authority', nice quotes and examples you can repost or show to normies. They might dismiss you, but for the normalfags seeing a judge say it is a little harder to ignore.
That said, I skipped a good portion of some of the technical parts that were pretty obvious to lay people, like how estimates of market value are subjective and can't be objectively fraudulent, Mar-a-Largo isn't worth only 18 million, etc. I'm going right to the last section, and his conclusion.
Also, remember that New York is retarded, and call the lower court 'Supreme Court' for some fucked up reason, so replace 'Supreme Court' with 'degenerate Jew Faggot Engoron' and you'll be fine. So this section is all about sanctioning Trump's lawyers for doing their jobs, i.e defending their client by filing motions and doing normal legal work.
Continuing regarding the trial judge's attitude and demonstration of bias, especially in treating witnesses:
Finally, I will reproduce his conclusion in full:
A good conclusion to a great dissent, which hopefully you guys found at least useful or interesting.
