Like LONP said, Real vaginas are pretty flexible; they’re able to snap back mostly to their original size after childbirth, and that’s like pushing a medium watermelon out. So no, I never worried about it depth. And I definitely wouldn't trade having labia for more depth.
From what we know about dilation it hurts like fuck and takes forever to get anything in there.

First of all: 1. Phalloplasties are very likely to have complications.
2. There is a difference between doing it for a medical reason like congenital conditions and doing it as a cosmetic procedure as you're potentially and irreversibly mangling your vagina and urethra.
