And the police officer (Whitney) was easily Googled with clear evidence she (was) a police officer in the Renton area. The "220" thing we've run with a bit for humor, but there's no reason to believe anything Whitney said about her encounter with Phil wasn't true. She was just doing her job, and she only knew Phil because he'd call the cops to complain about online trolling and they didn't get any other calls like that. She's not a detractor like us or an alien like Phil, just a normal human being trying to deal with an annoying citizen.
