I wouldn't expect early Sept Debut, while the company is large enough that they can't too much keep everyone seperate, I do think at least within the branch they would avoid having 2 EN gen's with overlapping (or near overlapping) anniversary dates and Early Sept is Myth time.

I don't know. I think she's still in SA, because of a lot of power outages stopping her from streaming and also monkey (actual ones) noises outside her house.

This isn't even the half of it. Do a search for Simon (Blackjack's name) and there's quite literally hundreds, if not into the low thousands, of posts telling him to kill himself, etc going back years. There aren't many other people that are as reviled as he is by every outlet for vtuber discussion on the Internet. Coincidentally, the only place that he isn't hated is Varishangout where his main account makes up over a third of all posts in the Vtuber category there. I highly, highly suspect he has multiple accounts there and spends a lot of time replying to his own posts with them as he is profoundly mentally ill.

I would take Nolan Crush over him 100 times out of 100 if I ever had to make such an unfortunate choice.

I had no idea I had such power for kiwifarms and simpcity to consistently talk about my presence as if I am a lolcow, but at least try to confirm the other users there are indeed me. I think the funny part about all of this is that I might be the 1st to unite KF and simpcity users under one banner or peace treaty at this rate for blackjack hate posting.

I'm as AI skeptical as they come, but when it comes to visual art and the people who make most of it, AI painters (Stable Diffusion, etc) do serve a very valuable use: keeping gatekeeping retards honest when it comes to pricing, access and timeliness.

Not every drawing or or visual asset needs to be "art". Sometimes, maybe even most of the time, it's literally a visual aid or present because something is expected to be there. Like last month I ran across a flame war being waged over an expert creating an instructive text on a relatively niche topic, the sort of thing would have been a website 10 years ago, that our lobotomized search engines refuse to index/return now. The author/expert explained that he was working on a $0 budget, the book was done, but that it still needed the visual aids/diagrams added. He put it to a poll, should he:
  1. generate the assets with AI and be in print by next month.
  2. Draw the diagrams (poorly) himself and greatly delay publication.
  3. Publish with no diagrams.
  4. Not publish at all.
The Reddit-tier midwits were tearing this dude apart for even considering using AI, while at the same time telling him that he would need to sell the book at a much reduced price should he draw it himself or publish without diagrams, and finally demanding that he get a 2nd job or do some Door Dashing so that he could afford to hire their good friend with pronouns in their bio.

As long as AI serves to put the screws to these freaks, I really don't care if it's viewed as "not real art."

She said in that one clip that her truck was built to go a million miles. And with Papakin being a ram guy, I would have to guess that she’s driving a 12 or 24v 5.9 Cummins Ram. Lots of those trucks have gone a million miles.
The only thing that kills these trucks is if it’s in the rust belt and hasn’t been rust proofed.
Granted it could be opsec protection but that’s my opinion on what the truck could be

Really doubt she'd evacuate South Africa that fast, honestly. She didn't mention ongoing health issues, but it's possible she dropped the retirement tweet because of those. She also didn't mention becoming a corpo, which is possible but not exactly announceable.

That said, if she does suddenly join Hololive, then the Barbie Girls will be split ever so further.

I agree but also I'm okay with it because it makes artists seethe. I literally can't follow english speaking artists cause they've been crying long before ai. All they do is whine about shit. Can't stand em.
