No way in hell indies with stable fanbases like them will fuck around making a company out of thin air. It's just too much work for minimal returns.

What those girls might do is make some kind of group, like Vershion or South Side. Corpos are not the final objective for a lot of vtubers, theres a lot of strings attached. Some people are just happy with what they have and will not risk it for promises of riches in exchange of their souls - specially those who already had the experience.
 
Remember that Hololive was not bad corpo. But corpo is still a corpo. They did not want that corpo life anymore. And basically starting your own is to end in similar place, but worse with monetary worries on top.

Any company either ends up bankrupt or in same place that is appeasing sponsors and partners. As that is where the money comes from. And you also end up with middle management if you are going to grow at all.

I actually had my comment deleted with a warning at simpcity telling them that I wish they, TVA and KF should join one giant discord to have vtuber debates for entertainment purposes.

It's mostly been fed for what the majority of the population likes and wants.

Want something that's cool and unique? Good luck. It would take a minimum of decades for it to be useful and probably neurolink for people to get what they want out of it. You could get to, "good enough" at this point but even then it's really use case.

As gay as this sounds everything looking the same is boring.
I know there are a lot of samefags everywhere that like the same shit over and over again, it makes sense, this is how sectors and niches work. But weirdo freaks who are core audience members of a genre tend to eventually grow tired when the casuals (who make up the bulk but are very finnicky) leave and then you lose nearly everybody, the last few people that would've whaled have no reason to go for anyone outside of the samey top people left. Even Holo changes art styles

Also AI mocap data, and the artist holding things up was a mocap/motion artist, is very iffy.
It's good for the broad strokes but you have to go in and correct it, feet landing/anchor points and arms randomly rotating are a huge issue.

Making animation/motion data has been made better by AI but it still has to be corrected by artists. Mocap suits aren't even perfect.

So looking through the dates and some stuff that's been mentioned on streams in the past I think we'll probably see the new EN gen in September if they have one at all.

GGN had their graduation announcement 10 months before their debut as Fuwamoco. Soyapoya on the other hand was only a 4 month turnaround time before she turned into CC. So they've streamlined the onboarding process.

We also know from that ladyboy Flayon nearly getting canned because he hopped into discord during a very early Tempus collab that the talents are doing their onboarding behind the scene a lot earlier. Armis or whatever the fuck they're called didn't debut until six months after Tempus.

Radio City Music Hall has a lot of prestige, it's not Carnegie Hall, but a lot of famous musicians have worked there as well as tv specials. If they were gonna make a new gen announcement it would be there.

So I'll go ahead and predict the teaser for the gen in august for the concert, and the teasers officially starting in late august with debuts in early september.

This is as close to I'll ever get to schizo posting. Now I've still got alcohol that remains undrunk and I'm gonna fix that.
